Extremely poor customer service. Rep and Assistant Man. unable to understand the basic math involved with exchanging a battery and the concept of a core exchange. I am very Happy with the Walmart here in Havelock, NC. This is the one place in Havelock that if you hang out long enough you will always run into someone you know. I have always had a very pleasant experience at this location. The members that work there are friendly and helpful.
