Truly professional and polite staff. They focus on providing outstanding customer service and support. Case in point; employee worked closely with us for close to two hours with our purchase of new phones. Their attention to detail far exceeded what we were expecting.

Tiera is the absolute best. She was very knowledgeable of the different plans, very patient with me and answered all my questions. I’ve not had the best experiences with customer service at Verizon via chat or over the phone but Tiera changed that. I would definitely go back there and literally wait all day if I had to, to ensure I work with her. Definitely above and beyond service!!

Tiara went above & beyond. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and painless for an upgrade. Professional, knowledgeable, fast and was able to answer every question I had. I had zero issues and would highly recommend to anyone.

Kristina not only answered all of our questions . She helped transfer our data and showed us the differences in the new phones. She is very knowledgeable on wireless cellphones. I truly can not convey how helpful courteous and patient she was. Verizon was smart to hire her. She is how Customer Service used to be. The Havelock Verizon store is where you should go if you want it done right the first time. Ask for Kristina!

We stopped in the Havelock, NC Verizon store. We had a problem connecting with cellular access to the internet. The associate in the store helped quickly to get access restored. She also helped with a billing issue. She was the best. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name. We stopped there about 4:45 pm on 10/09/2023.Thanks

I never sat in any Verizon store ever that took over 5min to get help or some type of assistance but this one in havelock nc no speak to say hello or nothin I been sitting here over an hour an still no help this is the worst Verizon store ever in nc

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes, it seems a bit overwhelming for one staff member. But, they multi-task to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. They treat every customer with friendliness and explains every detail before you leave the store. Highly recommend.

Gave me a free upgrade. Turned out it was $600, and I've been asked to pay hundreds as I moved my service. I'm 81. I think they took advantage of me as an old phart. Hardly a free upgrade.ETA: Version has responded. We'll see.

We had the best customer service experience we have ever had with a phone company store this afternoon with Kristina. Very knowledgeable and personable with helping us through transitioning an old iPhone to a new Samsung Galaxy, along with picking out new accessories and answering our questions. 1000% would recommend this location
