The girl that takes the packages called out. Waited for help, manager appeared & put the closed sign in the window 15 minutes after opening & said she couldn’t help me… wow, just wow….????!!!!

Theres NO number to contact this specific location. Have a package that was scanned friday and still hasnt showed up. I have been UNABLE to contact anyone. Keep having to call the 800 nunber and they cant help at all.. This is REALLY bad business ethic, a customer should be able to call about an issue that THIS place has caused so can try and resolve it before its too late and too much time has went by and package is just LOST! ?♂️ Really frustrated about this and its unacceptable in my opinion

There phone system is unbelievable - geared to make sure folks give up and go online! Great way to lose business!!! Spent 15 minutes speaking to robot and then it hung up on me!

The regular drivers usually get it right and always have good attitudes. Yesterday’s substitute blond girl had a horrible attitude and refused to answer any questions about a third package that she marked delivered that wasn’t delivered. 1st of 3 packages arrived in good order. 2nd of 3 was damaged (one side of the box was missing!). 3rd of 3 is as stated above. Consistency from any service appears a thing of the past.

We were waiting for a package all day that required signature. Suddenly we got a notification the driver “missed us”. There was a note stating no one was home. We were and never did the driver knock nor ring the doorbell.Because we needed our package that day, we called UPS. They said for an $8 fee, they would reserve it for us. Seems fishy!We got to the distribution within one hour of getting our “sorry we missed you” notification. The driver had already clocked out and went home. Sort of makes sense why we never got a knock on the door.The staff at the distribution center were nice. Getting charged $8 for something not our fault was not.

The lady at the desk is extremely helpful. She was patient with me and knew exactly what to do. She deserves a raise. She is always super nice!

Of all the deliveries we have UPS is the only one that can’t stay on my driveway. The yard is torn up again.

What a wonderful delivery person you have. I had a dislocated shoulder and I have to walk with a walker . The driver saw the package was perishable and heavy . He ask if he could bring it in . He also asked if he could put it in my freezer. Which he did for me . Wish I had got his name to say God bless him . He is an angle sent to help me.

I had a UPS 2 day package tracked from Virginia to Havelock with no problems . Next day from the Havelock hub, “On vehicle for delivery” and never came that day. 5 days later I checked again “On vehicle for delivery” and never came. I called the Havelock hub about the package and the lady said it was put on the truck, located the truck number and she said “we don’t know where that truck is right now, maybe in the shop but I can’t find it in our system anymore, it’s not assigned at this hub.” Two weeks later the package was randomly delivered by the UPS driver and he updated the tracker to delivered. Thank goodness the package was found because it was a rare antique but how do you loose a truck and a package?

Finall y Things got straightened out. And I got my package finally. Not UPS fault at all. Sadly I can't remember her name but she was awesome the woman at the service counter.

Overnighted a pkg and paid 266.42. Called for tracking the next day and the pkg was in Havelock according to tracking. I even called ups to see if I could go get my pkg. They showed it being in Havelock and assured me I would get a full refund. They did not see where their was a hold up.. Monday the lady that works at the local mhc ups said they drove the pkg to RDU Friday night at 130. The local MHC office said it was a guarantee delivery and if it didn’t get delivered the next day by 130 I would get a full refund. The pkg was packed in ice as it was a special occasion. I had family waiting for the package and received it 5 days later. My money didn’t get refunded and or did I even get a partial refund.. They claim it was an act of God.. God doesn’t do this… we did have storms here Saturday night . Pkg would have been delivered Saturday at 130 pm. I looked at the Friday night forecast…dishonesty is written all over this shipment…
