Strong arms with a gentle touch. I was so impressed with Scott and his crew. Not only did they show up on time, but they were efficient and within the quote they promised. Most importantly, they made sure our treasured possessions were wrapped up and meticulously packed into the truck. As a result, not one item was damaged or broken. I highly recommend this company!

I just used Strong Arm Moving to move a whole house full of furniture and boxes - the movers showed up early, professional, and moved all of my items out of my old place and in to my new place with extreme care and efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering using a moving company.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. They didn't show up and their phone was turned off when we tried to call them. Several hours after their no show they finally texted me back and we got a weak excuse for why they did not show up. They asked to make it right, so I gave them a time that they could move us. They never responded. We ended up having to use a different company. Will never use this company again and would not recommend!

We used Strong Arm Moving Services twice in our recent move from Maryland. Every mover in Maryland that we used was delayed, and Strong Arm in NC was no exception. However, Jose and his crew are truly professional; they were fast, they were careful, they were nice as could be. For the second move, the moving crew totally bailed without notice on Jose and, after he finished his day job, he rounded up a crew to come out with him at 10 pm to get the heaviest things off the truck. It would have been so easy to just say, "Sorry", but Jose moved heaven and earth to keep his commitment to us. If you can be flexible please, please give this firm enough business so they can quit their day jobs and run this full-time. If not for the problems scheduling they would be the best movers on the planet. In sum, the other movers we used were terrible and we didn't know how great movers could be until we met with Jose and his crew.

Hard working and polite. These guys got the job done! Just let them know ahead of time if you will need boxes. Great price and very fast. Highly recommended!

Great service. I asked them to meet me at my storage unit and I ended up running late. They were more than understanding and still provided us with fast service.
