Have had an excellent experience with the service department here. I took my 2018 F150 in for a coolant leak from the radiator, to be covered by an aftermarket warranty. The warranty company was difficult to work with, but the staff was patient and worked with me to make it happen. Once the radiator was repaired, there was immediately another coolant leak from a hose assembly. They repaired that quickly, but there was a check engine light on when I picked it up. They had me bring it back in the next day and offered me a ride to and from work in order to facilitate it. Problem was fixed that same day. Good customer service and friendly staff, can't ask for much else.

I just bought a 2021 Pacifica from Albra Stock. He was wonderful. Calm. Not pushy and he was very informative. Listened to my needs and made suggestions. Made buying a car easy and stress free.

I was on the hunt for a 2023 Ford F-350 and located one at Riverside Ford. From the first moment the staff and management were very helpful. Ultimately, I saved several thousand dollars over my local dealers. Riverside also went above and beyond by helping me find a delivery driver and assisting with that process. My expectations were exceeded every step of the way and they have my highest recommendations.

Today my husband and I got a new truck. Albra Stocks was our salesman and he was amazing! He was helpful and so patient helping us while we were also dealing with our 3 kids. Everyone that we met that worked there was kind and so welcoming. Would 100000000% reccomend going here!

Took my car there for repair just 2 weeks ago ( August 2020) and not one employee wore a mask. They didn't even have a sign to wear masks despite our state mandate. There was no plastic behind the counter/mechanics etc. In fact there were even customers in the waiting room, not one wearing a mask. The mechanic came over to my husband and me to explain what was done on my vehicle. He was less than a foot away, not even wearing a mask. Thank God we had our masks on. When I asked about masks they just looked at me like I had 5 heads. No regard for our safety or anyone else's in the public. Disgraceful and totally unacceptable! I will never do business there again!

I bought a truck from these guys this year and was not pleased at all with this place. They sold me a 2015 f150 that needed new brakes and rotors up front. I noticed it the next day and they refused to fix it stating it passed inspection so they can't do anything for me. They also agreed to tint the windows on my truck with the cost and only tinted two of the windows. When I asked them about it they said it was too expensive to do all the windows. Don't waste your time and money here. Go somewhere else.

Horrible service! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! They try to sale a vehicle for 2x what it's worth! Then when u call them out on it and make them an offer they give u the run around for 72 hrs and still nothing done! The salesman calls you and talks down to you and harshly with an attitude! I called the manager and was put on hold for 11 mins and he still never came to the phone. Asked the salesman about a bill of sale to submit to my lender where I already had financing and was told the salesman couldn't do it, it had to go through the manager! I advise everyone do NOT buy a vehicle from these people! Not only am I giving them a bad review at every place I have the opportunity I will also be contacting the better business bureau!

I just bought a car from these people exactly a week ago and there is a leak in the roof. When we test drove the car, we could tell that they had just put a new battery in it and it had reset the sensors (the radio had to be reset as well.) When we got the car home the night we bought it, the air bag sensors were lit. I now know they are on because they are getting soaked everytime it rains. They said I can pay to bring it in and get it looked at. So this car that I just bought for several thousand dollars, I now have to pay who knows how much to get it looked at and fixed for a problem that they seemed to have covered up. If this doesn't say scam, I don't know what does.

Bought a new Ford Expedition from them in 2017 and bought the Gap insurance that they pressured me to buy. I'm glad I bought the Gap insurance but they do Not help you when needing to use the Gap insurance. I was in a wreck and my car was totaled. Gap insurance wanted the window sticker to verify everything. After being told they could reprint it for me I waited at dealership as I was going to buy a new explorer from them. They then told me it was not possible to get it. For anybody that ever has to use Gap insurance there is a log in on the Gap website that a dealer can upload stuff for you. This dealership does not help after the sale. Will not buy from them again.

Disgraceful service. Went in there the other day to look at and test drive a 2011 Camaro SS. I guess all the salesman saw was an 18 year old kid that wanted to test drive a sports car. When I asked to test it I was told I could not. I would have been able to easily afford that vehicle but they lost a sale that day. Never going back or referring this dealership to other buyers.

This is the third time I've taken my Ford Expedition to the service department at Riverside Ford. The first two visits were for maintenance - a 60k mile tune up and routine brake maintenance. After dealing with our local Ford dealership, who wanted to overcharge me $600 for the 60k mile tune up, I was relieved to find a Ford service department that was honest and fair - even if I do have to drive almost an hour to their location. I just dropped my vehicle off this morning because I've been having problems with my a/c - within an hour they've called me with the diagnosis, confirmed that it's covered under my extended warranty, and committed to having everything fixed by tomorrow afternoon. If you're looking for honest, dependable service, go see these guys!
