I don’t think I’ve seen this level of incompetence in any other pharmacy I’ve dealt with. They’ve lost my prescription, overcharged me for it, and told me that my insurance was no longer valid because THEY were billing it incorrectly. I’ve given these people plenty of chances to prove that they’re not just bad at their jobs, but at this point I’m done. Go to Walgreens in New Bern. They’re so much more professional and actually good at their jobs.

Today I was able to get proper consultation from the Pharmacist Phil at the Havelock store. I appreciated his patience and understanding my questions for my loved one who is ill. Just wanted to take time to recognize him in a good way.

Ever since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes it's been very difficult having to use them as a pharmacy they don't seem to understand how I urgently needed the medication AKA literal insulin I requested having just gotten out the hospital recently and only having the 1 pen I wasn't home with ntm my endocrinologist Dr requested a glucagon emergency kit again even more vital to me due to the betes and its just straight up disappeared from my Rx list even after manually requesting it myself. i am in the process of transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy i can only hope my experience since being diagnosed improves with a change of not I will be the first to change this review until then my experience has been downright terrible.

Had to pick up a prescription from here. The pharmacist at the register helped me get it, update some information for me and helped me with my insurance and checked it for me to see if the price could drop, unfortunately it didn't but.. I appreciate him trying.

Used to be a great pharmacy, now I'm moving to CVS.I had 2 prescriptions for antibiotics called in 28 hours ago by my dentist. I had to call the automated service to learn they weren't even worked on yet. If I have to see a Dr or a dentist and they need to prescribe antibiotics, obviously there's an infection going on.Waiting over 28 hours later my sinus infection has me with 7 loose teeth and a lot of pain and pressure.This is now a new norm for this pharmacy. The text you get saying it's ready...half the time its not. Calling is on hold 15-30 minutes because everyone is having these same issues. I get being short handed and cutting back hours to give over worked employees some relief but now, your loosing customers because of all of this. Really should be a 1 star for the pharmacy but, the store is clean and the employees are as nice as possible, despite disgruntled customers.

Never have I ever had to wait over 3 hours for my prescriptions. What has happened to customer service, customer care? What a disgrace, Walgreens. What a disgrace !

Prescriptions take forever to get filled. No one ever answers the phone. I waited over an hour in line, it a been three hours since the prescription was called in and it's still not ready. I've counted at least 6 other people get sent away because it wasn't ready. My baby, sick with pneumonia is due for her nebulizer treatment and instead we are hanging in the walgreens.

After 3 hours of nothing, I call to make sure everything is OK, only to get chewed out because they have over 70 scripts to fill and I will get a text message when they are ready. After these scripts, I'm going to another pharmacy. Isn't filling scripts your job?!? If ya hate it, do something different

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy staff. They appear to be short-staffed (as everywhere is), but everyone seems to be diligently working to help all customers. Chuck, Tim, and especially Veronica are friendly and informative.

We normally have to go through the Walgreens community pharmacy in Raleigh to get my daughters pump supplies . I thought we were on a. Auto fill for her script . Well today she put her last pump pod on and it failed right away . Knowing the community pharmacy was not open I called the Walgreens havelock location close to me asking if they could do it even though they arnt the community pharmacy the lady looked up my daughters stuff and said as long as they had it in stock they would do it . With in a hr we had her pump supplies and she was hooked back up to the pump . Thank you for getting this done quickly .
