This place absolutely sucks. Clips for the floor mats are all broken. The hose had so many leaks I was soaking wet by the time I was done.
I need to give this place zero stars, will never, ever stop at this dump again. This car wash is a local business that I would be perfectly fine seeing with it go out of business.

Paid $14 for "The Works", a.k.a. the most expensive wash. Pulled out, looked at my hood, and noticed it didn't even clean my car. Wiped the hood with a new white cloth in my trunk, and it was obvious that it didn't clean anything. You're better off just driving your car through a sprinkler. Ended up washing my car by hand at home. Don't waste your time or your money in the automatic laser wash bays.

Please read the reviews. Nothing works. There need to be signs on every stall ? It could be a great spot. Unfortunately it’s failing.

I’ve used many car washes. Some disappointing. I think this is about the worst. Soap brush came apart in our hands before we started. Moved to next bay. Power spray did not work. No power soap came out. No power rinse. Wayyyy too much pink foam soap on brush requiring extra $$ to try to clean up/off with low power spray. We put in extra money to clean the mess up and rinse and it seems to have taken the money but did not give us the time. If this is how Havelock business treats the navy, it must be owned by Putin!

AVOID THIS PLACE. It's obvious that the owner is neglecting maintenance. No soap in the water, leaky handle to hose connection, muddy dirty stalls, coin machine works half the time... do yourself, your wallet, and your car a favor and skip it. You'll leave more dirty than you came. It's a shame because I'm not going to the automatic places charging $20 a wash either.

Absolutely the worst car wash in the area! Do yourself a big favor. Go somewhere else, it's a waste of time and Money!!! No....soap!!Machine takes your money ! No maintenance what so ever! The owner should be ashamed of there self! Should close the placedown!

This place needs MAINTENANCE. Who knows if my lane was just bad, but I won’t be back. It started off with grabbing a handle and getting tire cleaner all over me because it’s got tape on it and a terrible seal. Several of the options did nothing, rain-x and spot free rinse did nothing. Spot free rinse just fave a small single stream. The dryer hose had worse pressure than a hair dryer. I’ll just take my car elsewhere or wash it at home. First time there and I should have just looked up the reviews. Waste of money and time.

Dog wash didn’t work but the dryer and the deodorizer. No card readers worked and the machines rarely don’t take cash

Nice place if it was maintained. Automatic car wash bays will take you debt card, charge it but not always turn on the wash bays. No one around to complain to.Displays at difficult to read. Website non extant. Phone number is disconnected.

Will be cancelling my membership. Came by tonight 6:30 was told no more I gotta clean out the bay. I told him it was 6:30 then he waived me through but what about the white Tahoe and other car that was refused. Is this who you want running your business? Wouldn't want him as one of my employees. Will cancel membership tomorrow. Don't hassle me to take my money!
