Quite disappointed in the service that staff member (Sharon) displayed today. When I got to the register to check out, there was no one there. I saw this note that I posted a photo of, so pushed the button quite a few times. Finally saw an employee and she looked right at myself and another customer but didn’t say a word. I spoke up & told her I wasn't sure their bell was working. Well, Ms Sharon said it didn't work but it wasn't her we were waiting on and she kept right on walking. A short time later, she came back and walked right past me at the register. Thankfully, Ms Delanda came up and apologized.
I suggested they get rid of the note since the bell doesn't work and is just a waste of time.
She moved it and apologized again. She was very sweet and I thanked her. Ms Sharon grumbled something unintelligible & Delanda just smiled.
It's quite sad that Ms Sharon chose to just walk on by and was definitely not interested in good customer service. Maybe she was just having a rough day, but it was definitely super rude.
I'll still shop there as it’s right by my house, but I sure hope something changes. Maybe promote Ms Delanda and let Sharon run the register for a while.

The old lady with dentures and stands outside and smokes a lot is VERY RUDE!!!!!!

Been shopping here for a few years and I have always been treated very well. Especially by the GM, Joe; he has always been so friendly and very professional. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. The store is always clean and stocked well. It will be sad to see Joe leave and start a new adventure, but I wish him the best. I just hope the next GM is as nice and professional as Joe has been.

The older lady I’m assuming is management is a piece of work! Corporate needs to do a better job when it comes to their employees training. She is discriminating their regular customers!!
