CVS on Catawba Rd. in Havelock has always provided courteous and professional service. The staff in all areas go the extra mile to make sure that the customer has what they need. Love this pharmacy and all who work there.

If you are looking for service, turn around! Stood around waiting to checkout several minutes while the cashier stocked shelves. You would think there would be a self checkout if they don’t have someone behind the counter. Poor service, as if they don’t care.

Impossible to reach anyone in pharmacy department by phone. New Phone system not practical no one return you call. Useless text messages very confusing. I would not recommend to anyone this particular location.

The pharmacist is so sweet. The doctor forgot to send my daughters prescription so it was late once we realized what had happened. He worked hard to ensure my daughter had her medicine. Above and beyond. All the staff was very nice. Would recommend to anyone! They are also in Network with Tricare (which is always a plus)

On multiple occasions, they did not communicate with me that new rx they requested from my PC was not received. They say they sent multiple requests and then they do absolutely nothing for 5 days. Meanwhile I have no idea there is an issue, so I come to pick up my meds and they don't have it. Had to wait an hour while they call my PC for a rx. This is an ongoing issue. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The aditudes I get from the staff is completely unnecessary since they caused this issue. Already changed to another pharmacy.

CVS NEVER staffs enough people in the pharmacy! Often the pharmacist is busy helping customers rather than filling prescriptions. My family is seriously considering moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy and I have heard the same complaint from numerous other customers

No compassion from front desk pharmacy. I was simply trying to go home after surgery. 3 hours, no prescription. I tried to inquire if their systems were down since my doctor has stated 3x it as sent in. The lady rolled her eyes and responded “ We don’t have it” I hope in her future endeavors she can be a bit more humble and lose the attitude!

The older hefty women who work upfront have no social skills. Since you work with people, you need not be rude and short with customers.

I just want to say that Toni, the head lady who runs the havelock CVS was amazing she went above and beyond what she had to to ensure I was taken care of! I was able to receive my medicine when it didn't seem possible. THANK YOU!!
