Worst service to date we have to go into the store Everytime we need help with our phone when last year a lady worked there and I got help over the phone and I'm getting rude worker over the phone blaming everything on my fault for my info being lost! Trying to charge us extra money for insurance we never asked for! Tell us we can't change it in the phone but the store worker says we can change it!.

I always have service all the time and such good deals,The comments below say bad service but u go thir I believe AT&T and I have never not had service ever italways works great for meAnd my family ! I never had a bad experience and some Good but I ALWAYS have a GREAT experience Brianna and always am thankful and feel so lucky and so blessed and Grateful super lucky to get her every timesince I’ve been going to Cricket Wireless she is so kind and helpful and such a breath of fresh air , she ALWAYS goes out of her way. above and beyond for people, because she also helped my mom too today and my mom is the worst with Learning how to use a new cell phone lol because she got an Apple product for the 1st time every and thanks to Brianna it came so easy to her because she helped her taught her so much phone that she went out of her way and did even thought she didn’t have to but still helped with the things I didn’t understand thankfullyIt was a super slow day so it was just and my mother in the store For and hour and half maybe 2.. But she was so patient and kind and anything we needed or asked she went above and beyond to help us understand or show and teach us!! You guys need more employees like Brianna as employee in her !The store is so lucky to have her! She has been nothing but helpful with so much kindness and super patient because I am not good with phones! And my mom‘s even worse with how to work phone but that young is amazing my moms got it down pat already thanks to Brianna lol she’s absolutely wonderfulThe world and other companies need more people with the attitude and heart a kindness she has! Brianna she is absolutely amazing and so kind and helpful! I just can’t say it enough ,Cricket wireless you guys don’t realize how lucky you are to have her! How great at everything she does so helpful as well as kind and respectful . You guys are so lucky to have her !!!!!I know I’m talking in circles but she’s the best rep I’ve ever had the pleasure of helpingt mom and I .Brianna you someone worth a beautiful heart and soul Thank you! BRIANNA I can’t thank you enough and I am so blessed to have gotten so much help from you in the about the past bout 2 years since i first got your help for the first time around then… I HIGHLY recommend her if you need any help and the store is nice and clean and have such a great deals!! I left Sprint to come over to Cricket Wireless and was pleased with the in-store customer service I received. Since then I have been a customer for over a year now and the coverage area has progressively gotten worse. It got to the point where I made calls in certain areas in Havelock that I used to be able to have service now l don't. I couldn't even call 611 for customer service. When I was able to call customer service it's apparent that all they want is to take monthly payments. It took forever to get a customer service representative to answer the phone. For your information you have to press 0 to get a live person. They never let you know that 0 is an option to speak to someone.It's because of the deteriorating cell service and the unwillingness to speak to customers I have decided to take my business to another carrier.

Hi this is Glor Whitehead I a in Havelock at your store 497 I was waiting on by customer service rep Patricia .I happen to sit on the board call the mayor's association for disabled people in Durham North Carolina and I extremely enjoy the service that I got I did not have to explain that I was disabled . The service was great she went out of her way and constantly answer my questions even though they were repeated questions she had a great deal of patience . . .my visit in your store was extremely accessible I did not have to even acknowledge that I was disabled and she took great care of me
