I came in as my take care of car day, that I use to address any car related issues and maintain my car (I don't speak car and don't get to do this super often). Today was my brother's battery, which had died overwinter and need to be charged. The acociate was awesome, got it charging and sent me off super smoothly to wait for it to charge. I ended up also getting some windshield maintenance supplies and helpful advice to go with it, as well as advice on an affordable but decent quality windshield wiper reccomendation. I appreciate that the worker, a different one than the one who helped with the battery, never tried to upsell or push me into an unnecessary purchase. He explained things reasonably, and answered all my probably silly questions with grace and good humor. I happened to be refilling my wshield fluid in their parking lot when another worker came out to tell me that my battery wasn't taking a charge and was coming up as bad on the tester. I walked in thinking that I'd have to buy a whole new one, when he explained that even though it was bad, another had noticed that it was from O'Reillys, and the warranty hadn't gone out of effect yet. He helped run me through all I needed to know about requesting an exchange and was absolutely awesome about informing me in a concise, useful manner, even when I didn't understand a few things. I left with only a few dollars spent, and every intention to return for all of my vehicular supply needs. I would like to mention, that as a young female who had expressed that my brother was away and unable to help me, and with little understanding of cars and car supplies, they had every chance to take advantage of my inexperience and could have easily pushed me towards simply buying an expensive new battery from them, they instructed me on how to use their competitor's services instead. I also appreciate the quality of each workers customer service effort, as each worker was kind, knowledgeable, had understandable explanations, and had an awesome sense of humor. They never made me feel stupid, or foolish. I will definitely be returning. P.s. I hope all you acociates have an amazing day.

Absolutely loved my experience the staff was so nice and hunter went above and beyond going out to help me figure out my light problem and get me the right parts… I will definitely be returning as the staff here supersede every other store in town

Came in Dallas was able to help me right away find a fuel pump and relay that I needed he had to order the fuel pump and he was able to get it in the same day.

This autozone is always so knowledgeable and always willing to help me out ! It is out of my way but, always worth the extra few minutes for their customer service ! This time was spark plugs !

The staff are mostly all pretty funny and easy going. They are pretty knowledgeable with the computer. Parts are duralast, and Luke every other brand, there's good and bad.

Johnathan A. was extremely helpful. He jumped at the chance to help me as I was browsing the book for bulbs and instead took me to the computer where we looked up the exact two different bulbs I needed and discussed some other parts to remedy my issue. Wanted to make sure he was acknowledged publicly and give props to this Autozone location.

Jenny and the guys are the best! They are the most precessional yet friendly workers at this location. They took extend safety precautions when changing out my battery. They were the most accommodating employees I've ever seen at an AutoZone. I've noticed that almost every location I've been to has kind employees around this area in Craven and Carteret as well. But the customer service from my experience at this particular location, is hard to top!

I had had surgery this morning and me and my father and son got burnt down at their store and Havelock North Carolina. They were the nicest people. They even gave us chairs to sit in and bought drinks from my father and son and even offered to buy food. They are truly amazing......Thank you so much to you all !!!!Hope Cook

Today I went to the tag office to get plates for my new car but I totally forgot to bring a screw driver to put it on my vehicle. So I went into auto zone, new plate in hand, to buy a screwdriver and Miss Jenifer who was working at the cash register seeing that I was only purchasing the screwdriver to get my plate on my vehicle offered to let me borrow one of theirs instead. Although it was a simple act it shows the amazing customer service they have here.

A friend and I came in for a check engine light and had the best customer service experience from James. Would highly recommend seeking him out if you have the option he is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!
