Coming from “Jack of All Trades and Master of none”, I had the bright idea of saving some money and replace a section of my exhaust system. If it weren’t for the expertise of the staff at the Hobby Shop it would have been a snowball of problems! I was tactfully guided on what would be important to getting my car serviced to include the priority of maintenance needed in order to fix my issues. Yes! Other issues! Thank you Team! It could have been worse.

I have used auto geeks numerous times and they are always very courteous and fairly priced. However, today i limped in with a flat tire with my 2 yr old in tow and they were so accommodating and helped me right then and there and quickly despite me not having an appointment. Just dropped by to check out their services. Really like that they can do some routine vehicle maintenance if you wish, or more extensive vehicle work by yourself with access to their tools, space, lifts, and a little expert guidance if needed. It is onboard Cherry Point so you must have access or be sponsored on, but I believe it could save you some money over a dealer or regular service station.

Brought in two trailer tires to have changed and the "mechanic" that was changing the tire ruined one of the new, yet older manufactured tires by rushing the job. Then sends his service manager to tell me they are having trouble getting the tires on because the are older and stiff...so I ask to see the issue, walk to the back and here's my tire with the rim sitting in it not installed, I pick up the new tire and find they've cut the bead on the tire in their attempt to install it on the rim, but place it so I couldn't see their mess up at first look. Then the service manager offers to sell me a new tire..., I'm floored by all of this as a ASE certified mechanic myself long before becoming a Marine. Took my business elsewhere and will not be using these services again!

This yet another privilege you have from being on Active or a Veteran. I did my shocks all around, brakes both front and rear and tire rotation all for $32.00 plus the cost of parts. Saved me over 600.00 in labor in town. Love it.
