I knew nothing about bows or archery, went in to get some information. They talked to me about the different types bows. They set me up and let me shoot some. They did not pressure me into buying anything just straight up great people i left, did some research. I went back the next day bought one. After shooting it everyday for a week, one of the bolts came lose took it in they had it back to me in a few hours free of charge. The service and help here is top notch. 1000% recommend

To start off this business is a place from hell. The detailed review of this place would take seriously a book to explain. First of all when customers come through the door the OWNER acts like the tournament he is running at the moment is way more important than helping a certain individual I had to wait over an hour to even be spoken to. Abosultely rediculous. Second of all their ultament goal is to disrespect and rip off service members. When I had asked to bring a crossbow back that was not even used besides in the store they only gave me back 400 dollars. Which the crossbow costs over 700. I understand about the bag that had shots placed from when I was in the store but still everything else was unused. They will write back on this review and say all of this is not true but trust me avoid this place like the plague. Spend your money elsewhere and get excellent service. Thank you for taking your time to read this review and I hope no one has to deal with the problems I had to when I was doing buisness with this store

Staff was very knowledgeble and patient. We knew next to nothing about archery, but Jeff took the time to explain and demonstrate the basics. Polite and professional. We will be taking advantage of the classes they offer in the near future as well.

He treats you with the upmost respect & I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend the academy to you all. Well worth the visit!

Really wanted to try this place but I feel conflicted given the negative reviews and the response by the owner. Generally, it looks extremely bad when owner replies to a negative review with a negative attitude himself. It would be far more professional to reply to negative reviews in a kind manner - no matter what the reviewer says.

Amazing store and experience when visiting the area. Quick safety brief and attentive customer service. Amazing prices for indoor practicing for an hour of fun! Instructor was wonderful in explaining even the smallest detail and the variety of products in the store. Super knowledgeable about wildlife not only in the area but around the country.

Our whole experience here has been wonderful and such a easy process. My wife, son (who is 6) and myself signed up for classes as a family. It wasn’t rushed and very helpful. Jake was very patient with our son and did really well with helping him learn the Fundamentals and safety. After we Decided that this would be our new fun family hobby we purchased 3 bows. Jake did a wonderful job and showing and explaining each bow and finding a perfect fit for our needs. He left no question unanswered no matter how big or small the question was.(including all our 6 year olds random questions lol) I left feeling comfortable and confident with not only the service but with the prices too. I will recommend this place and the staff to everyone because this place makes a comfortable environment for not only the people who do this everyday but also the new family looking to give it a try. You can go in a rent all of the stuff and the lane to shoot on for a extremely affordable cost. I recommend for everyone even if it’s just to try it out and create a experience. Thanks again to Jake and everyone else.

Hang on to you bill fold. This guy will try to sell you all kinds of stuff you don’t need. Also wasn’t crazy about his math skills. He said he charges $60/hr and he charged me $28 when it was 11 minutes from the time I walked in the door until he handed me the bow back. Point is, he can fix your bow, but don’t have a conversation in there cause you’re getting charged.
