“I am 100 % satisfied with Aaron's in Newport, NC, I went online and picked out what I wanted to find out I wasn't approved for that much. But the manager called me up on the next business day and left a message for me on my voice mail to call her back and she would see what she could do, I was a little hesitant because I didn't want to hear bad news. So I called her back and I told her what I wanted and she said let me reach out to my district manager and see if he can approve my order, and I said OK and waited for a call back which I was saying yeah I have no chance at getting approved but I was wrong and I got both items I wanted with next day delivery and I've been loving my flat screen tv and ps5 gaming system and I will definitely deal with the Newport nc store every time I need to purchase something new. Great management and great employees which gives the best customer service you could ever ask for.”

“A little disappointed with the new Pixel phone display. I was wanting to test the new Pixel 8 Pro's Pro Mode photography, but it appears the phone is missing updates to enable those features and they didn't want to, and would not allow me, to edit demo mode so they could install updates and then see if the updates added the Pro Mode. After the updates are installed they should remain when demo mode is turned back on. Looking in the play app it was showing a bunch of updates for Google apps, but the buttons to install those updates were blocked, either by demo mode, or lack of a Google account. I would have helped them make a store Google account for installing updates if needed.”

“Steven in the cellphone department took great care of me on October 30, 2023, Monday to pick up my Samsung Galaxy A54. He downloaded the information from my Galaxy A20 to the A54 and explained to me some the importance of the new phone. Steven was professional, courteous, and friendly in providing excellent service.
