For prescriptions called in at 3:45 p.m. text message receive stating they were filled at 5:09. Go to pick them up at 6:00 p.m. one is not ready yet it is now 6:30 still don't have that 4th prescription worst service ever do not fill your stuff here

I've always had a good experience here with both the pharmacy and the store. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pharmacy tends to have my medications in stock that other pharmacies do not. I like the online shopping option, too.

I called this pharmacy on 5/22 at around 2:30 pm to check on an address for my prescription refill and was helped by a very rude gentleman. It was so bad I had to raise my voice and nearly scream at him for his antics. Unfortunately I did not get his name, however I’m sure the department can figure out who it is as I’m sure he has been rude before. This situation caused my anxiety to flair and caused me to take my prescription before the recommended time. I will be following up with Walgreens corporate office regarding this situation as it seemed to be a little more to it than him just having a bad day.

Sarah at Photography provided us with great service. She was so positive and helpful. We came to get our baby passport picture taken and she was very quick about getting the picture taken. We went to a CVS before coming here and the girl there gave us attitude saying they couldn’t take baby pictures. We are so glad we came here.

The worse pharmacy ever. My son needs his medication every month and there’s always a denial or safety documentation but they don’t make the effort to notify the patient about those documentation. They wait until the patient call so they can tell you. I think that ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL knowing that patient needs those medication right away.

Do not waste your time using this Walgreens for FedEx needs or any other Walgreens….went here after being denied services at another Walgreens only to be told by a older lady employee that she could not accept my packages because she did not have the room to store it. And they wonder why customers become irate just poor customer service and they don’t care how they inconvenience customers. I will be contacting FedEx to advise them Walgreens is doing a very poor job offering their service and it should be look into.

Truly wonderful, helpful, patient, and kind staff! The few times I’ve gone in to pick up prescriptions, even at their busiest, the pharmacy staff are always helping as many people as they can. Manager Sarah and her team at the front are also incredibly patient and always willing to help. I’m genuinely impressed by the incredible customer service at this Walgreens!

Manager hates his job. Good lord… what a grump. His poor staff had to apologize for his absolutely terrible attitude. Man that guy needs to find a new job!

The associate named Lailah at the pharmacy needs to be coached. I patiently waited in the COVID vaccine check in line for 17 mins as the lady in front of me searched for the correct insurance cards. Lailah finally steps over to the other register when people start lining up in the prescription pick up line. She asked who was next as if she didn't see me standing behind the lady she was just helping for 17 mins. I stepped up and made a point to say I had been standing there bc 1. I had an app. 2. I had been waiting before the other people walked up and 3. I was on my lunch break and needed to be checked in so I could get my vaccine and go. She told me that I would have to wait because she can only check people in on one computer. After she checked out 2 additional customers, she then calls me over and checks me in, on the same computer she just told she couldn't use. I only gave 2 stars because the associate who administered the shot was nice and the cashier up front was nice. Additional ways to check in would be helpful in situations like these. If there other ways to check in, it would be great if the pharmacy associates communicated that.
