Trenelle Brown went above and beyond to make sure my phone was back up and running! My iphone had stopped working and after hours at both Best Buy and Apple with no help, she was able to get me all situated! She did not rush me out the door, and made sure everything was fixed and taken care of. This location and employees are fantastic, and I will for sure be coming back for any more needs! Thanks Trenelle!

Garrick was able to process an insurance claim for me which was very helpful and saved us alot of money. He should be allowed 10 stars !

I was clearly in the waiting area for over 40 minutes. A guy walked in (without an appointment) and the employee who knew I had been waiting chose to help him immediately over me (who has been here patiently waiting). And it's not busy. I'm the ONLY PERSON who has been waiting for over 40 minutes the whole time I've been here.

Morgan and Garrick were both professional during my phone line transfer and then supported me through getting a new phone. My phone was not working, and they transferred my line to my new account. Then they backed up my phone from iCloud while the old phone was not working.

The longest month and a half of my life dealing with this branch and this issue.
I went to lower my bill by taking some stuff on and Damen recommended the home internet and said i could take it home to try and bring it back if i didnt like it. I tried to bring it back a week later and was told that they cant accept it and i have to call customer service to get a return box shipped to me and send it back. I called that day and forgot about it, expecting to have a box show up at my door. 2 weeks later i get a text that my bill was increased by $200 for failure to return equipment. I went and said thats not right, i called and requested the box. They sent it to the wrong address and asked for the address again and the associate in store provided it over the phone to the service aent before i left. I was told it would show up in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later i got nothing and called again as my bill was coming up and they told me they couldnt credit it when it was never sent to me. They hung up on me and put me on a 13 minute hold and gave me the run around instead of letting me talk to the store manager which i asked for.
Then i get a text from Damen telling me all i have to do is ship it in the box provided…i never got the box. Damen told me to drop it off in one of their approved locations, such as the concord mills location. I went out of my way and drove over there and was told they dont do that. Thats 2 lies Damen has given me about how i can “easily” return this unit. I had to pause my autopay because i cant get a credit and after weeks of texting with damen, nothing had been done, the store manager hasnt reached back out to me, and i was told “we have time to gamble with” on weather my service is going to be interupted. It feels like a scam to get you to “try” something and i feel that if i pay the fee, the box will magically show up.
The staff lies over and over again regarding this process, provided horrible customer service by not fixing this issue and telling me its a gamble if ill lose service or not for something that is not my fault. I provIded the correct address twice and once in person with the associate. I fully plan on leaving this call service the second this is dealt with if it is jot handled soon. Insane.
Now, after the store manager told me he would handle it and ask me to take down my review, he no longer works there and it is still unresolved . This is absolutely unprofessional and absurd.

Employee retained personal information at this store. The employee then begins sending inappropriate text messages. I would not trust this store with my personal information. Once there is an issue and it’s reported nothing is done.

These guys are your best friend if you're buying a new phone or upgrading your service. The service after the sale however is completely lacking. I was text shamed by a total jerk and then smiled as he told me to have a nice day and go call someone else or pay for the Geek Squad because he needed to turn his attention to money-making customers...... it's all about the hustle

I am very please with James Gregory that I dealt with today. He was awesome, took time with me even though I could tell he was about to leave for the day. I have never been more pleased with any employee than I have been with him.

Came in today wanting to add an additional line to my plan however associate was rude & trying to force me to get what he wanted me too . Terrible business associate that sits in the first desk as soon as you come in on the right
