If I could give this store 0 stars I would, the staff is 50/50 the lady upfront was rude for no reason and did not talk to me in a professional way nor treat me with hospitality. Managers TALK TO HER PLEASE.GOD BLESS !

This email post is garbage, just as the people who work there have 0 professionalism and do not know how to work with clients. I paid for a Po Box on November 3 and today, November 9, I have not been able to open it because they have not changed the lock

This post office is terrible. I ordered a package from Amazon which was shipped to this post office to be delivered. They tell Amazon and me that the package can’t be delivered because my mailbox is full. The package is 8 FEET LONG! I go there to pick up my package they ask for my ID. They take my ID to the back bring out the package and I ask for my ID back. You guessed it they lose my ID in the back. After a few minutes they find it.

I ordered some merchandise from Belks online and they sent me a tracking number that it was delivered at mailbox on June 5Th 2023. My son went to inquire where all of his packages were and they said in mailbox. There is no mailbox by his ? since it's a new neighborhood and still building homes on the same road as my son, and the mailbox they told him it was in. It wasn't in it either. Whom can I talk to get this issue solved. Many thanks.

I recently sent a very important letter to my daughter… on website it showed that delivery would be Thursday. Never showed up. Daughter went to post office to inquire…. Nothing they could do but check the truck but doubted they would find it. I then had to resend important letter to daughter, this time registered mail. Tracking etc. Daughter checked tracking and it showed it had been delivered and signed for but not to her. Daughter went to house she thought it might have been delivered to and inquired. Yes, he signed for it but then realized it was not his and gave it back to mail person. Daughter then tracked down mail carrier, showed her I’d and was able to sign for it. This is unacceptable. Post office is set to a higher standard and it failed. Very troubling.

I dont know why this postal office has such bad reviews. I went there this week and there was 30 people lined up past the door. I thought "oh my god I'm gonna be here for an hour". Even with that I was still in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. The front desk staff was extremely patient and helpful with me in particular. They helped me to fill out everything properly while keeping the line moving. The service was truly extraordinary especially during the insanely busy holidays.

Didn't think I'd be writing one until my certified mail went into the Harrisburg churner. Continually got my neighbors mail this week along with losing important business correspondence. Seems like this is quite regular for Holcomb Woods
