I didn’t realize an appointment was expected to set up an account. The girls were so accommodating to me. They took the time to explain everything about the accounts, walked me through the process, and got everything set up for me. The second time I walked into Truliant, they called me by my first name! They have such a warm, friendly atmosphere and everyone is so kind and efficient!

I decided to close my account with Truist Bank and move my money to an existing account with Truliant FCC. Felicita Rodriguez was so welcoming, professional, empathetic and accommodating with my needs. She made me feel valued and confident that I made the right decision. Felicita surprisingly, to me, able to print me a debit card and assist with activation on the spot. I have always had good to great experiences with Truliant. I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future. Thanks for all you do.

When I first became a member of this credit union my information was put in wrong and had to return to the bank a total of three times to have the correct credentials on my account. Since then I have had issues with my debit card not working at certain stores. There is no way to call or contact a member of the bank directly you have to go through a automated system that will hang up on you or lose connection before you finished. I have also applied for a credit card and got a letter in the mail saying that I was approved but denied for certain reasons and cannot get in touch with anyone about it. The people in the Bank are very nice but I have never had this many issues with a credit union or bank before.

The poor communication and the lack of customer service definitely has me reconsidering my banking choice. Getting somebody on the phone is a full day event. They are not for their members here. Navy federal would never.

if you aint late and dont have NSF just being responsible its a great credit union if you're not then go to woodforrest where they let you do whatever Truliant has been great to me and my family

I hate this credit union they won't let me do auto pay or pay with a debit card for my loan Everytime I try to call them no one ever answers. The most recent time trying to get in touch with them to pay my loan they said they'd call me back when it was my turn 24 hours later still nothing so then I called back and now I've been on hold for about an hour and guess what I'm still on hold. As soon as I get in touch with them I'm switch credit unions this is ridiculous.

I went in to speak to a banker about adding to a CD. After tellers asking me twice why I wanted to see a banker l withdrew the CD and left.
