Just be aware that if you use the pet wash station that there are no aprons available to use so you will get wet. Also, the shampoo bottles were empty except for the extra strength odor remover shampoo. I wouldn’t use the dog brushes either. They are full of dog hair and looked gross. The blow dryer only blows cold air. They have you pay before you go back to the wash room so you don’t know all of this until after you pay.

Is it true that your corporate owners don't want us to survive? Sounds weird and extreme to break trust after receiving awards for it.
I don't want to forget your public statements so I placed a star of remembering here to remind me. I wish I didn't have to be forced to think about it from your public statements. What a strange thing to do in this heat.

I purchased an order with 2 cattle fence and 6 t posts, I only picked up the t posts and asked them to cancel the cattle fence(16ft) item as I wasn't able to pick them in my sedan.now when I reached out to store and stopped by multiple times, they aren't even trying to help on the issue. They just keep me driving around the store. Pathetic service

Pet bath station is always busy or closed very disappointing to drive 40 minutes to this tractor supply for the pet wash for it to be closed or not available. Even if you call before you come to the store they will say it is available just to get there and it not be.

First time at the petvet wellness center. They were AMAZING!!!! Some friends had recommended them and I tried calling on a Thursday, got my questions answered by Kayla. Told me I could do a walk in, came in on Friday morning and we were the first ones to get serviced. Kayla was super nice and did great explaining the packages and deals. The whole staff, Kayla, Miles and Dr. Miller were really sweet and caring with both my dog and cat. The pets were naturally nervous but the staff took amazing care of them and they didn't cry nor freak out. Definitely recommend them. Will surely come back from now on.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GET THEIR CREDIT CARD. Terrible customer service. Their account management page is less user friendly than others.
