I sent my 17-year-old to get his oil changed, but the oil light wasn’t reset, and there was no reminder sticker on the window. I started wondering if the oil was even changed. I went back to speak with someone, and a lady came out to explain they’d run out of stickers and had some new technicians. She went inside to get my information but took so long that I left. I won’t be using this place again, especially for a $100 oil change.

Decent attention, but terrible quality! I took in my Jeep for an oil change and the experience took about 40 minutes. The next day, I realized there was oil leaking and took it back in. After checking, the young technician said they had spilled oil in the lower pan and the leak wasn’t coming from the engine. I drove it a few days and noticed something weird, so I opened the hood to realize they never put the oil cap back in the engine. Oil sputtered all over the hood and I had to get a new oil change at a professional mechanic shop. Never again!

It was a great experience. They started by giving me a bottle of water on a hot day and proceeded to step beyond my expectations during the whole process. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were awesome, affordable and quick but the wait was terrible. To be fair I did come on a Friday, but I will keep coming back for inspections in the future.

Very courteous staff. Oil change was done quickly and I would recommend Take 5 for oil changes.

I really have tried to like this place as its fast and convenient, but this last time was a repeat problem and I wont be back. If you have a company car/fleet vehicle card they will add on every additional option they can without your permission. 2 out of the last 3 times I have had to force them to remove $100 worth of add ons that were not even mentioned to me or authorized. And this past time they had me start the car without realizing they had not filled it with oil yet.
