Toby cut's my hair just like my wife used to when she was a stylist. He does a fabulous job.

Don’t bother going here. They ask what do you want and you tell them this type of haircut. They want you to teach them how to do the haircut. Daneesha is clueless on how to work with a customer, along with being able to control her attitude.

I would say some hair dressers do not listen to what is wanted from the customer. I asked for one thing for my son and the hair stylist did the complete opposite. Not my son has to deal with the worst hair cute he has ever received. Will not be returning. Very unprofessional and rude. This location had definitely gone downhill.

I have been going to this place for quite sometime but I had a worst experience and a hair cut which is offered by Lisa G today.
My haircut is done under 5 mins and she’s in a lot of hurry and doesn’t want to use scissors even though I Insisted.
I don’t recommend and I see similar experiences from the reviews below which I checked after going in.
Stylist: Lisa - Not great

My son needed a back to school “trim”. He didn’t want me to talk to the girl about how to cut his hair. He wanted to be independent with it, so I allowed him to tell her what he wanted. He did not want to lose the longer hair style he had and he did not tell her to cut it short. The girl ended up taking off ALL the length and just gave him a very strange looking, short haircut in my opinion. When he went in there, his bangs were a style where they swooped over and not straight down. His hair was medium length, a longer shaggy look. She cut his bangs so short to where they’re straight down on his forehead and choppy looking. I really wish she would’ve checked with me before cutting that much hair off just to “make sure” he understood how much he was getting cut off. I would’ve told her right away to leave a lot of length. It was just a shock how much hair was cut off! Personally, if I was a hair stylist and I saw someone come in with that much hair I would never go to that extent of taking that much hair off at once unless it’s specifically asked for. It’s going to take months now to get the length back for the style he had and he feels like he looks terrible. The girl was extremely kind, very sweet! Just not a good haircut at all. Thankfully hair grows, and we will wait for it to grow back out again but it is just a real bummer for him. :( I definitely think sport clips is great for kids and guys going in wanting a fade and easier styles, but I do not recommend going in there with a longer hairstyle. Lesson learned!

I brought my son in on Tuesday for a haircut so he'd look extra cool for Kindergarten.
While she was cutting his hair, he yelled "that hurts", grabbed his head, and started crying. She quickly dismissed his complaint and kept telling us both that he's fine. When he continued to tell her that she hurt him, she said he had a knot in the back of his hair and that must have gotten pulled. He's never had a knot in his hair. Ever.
He gets an extra lollipop on the way out, I tip over 20%, and we head to the car. While he was getting into his car seat I notice the back of his ear is bleeding. She freaking cut my baby's ear open and then LIED to me about why he was crying ?
I believed her about the knot or him being overly sensitive because I couldn't fathom someone cutting a child's ear open and pretending like it didn't happen.
A good human would have comforted the little boy, assured the mom that he's OK, shoot blame it on the child moving for why it happened, but DO NOT lie to us. Do not make the child feel like a baby for crying while he has blood dripping down the back of him.
The icing on the cake is - the haircut sucks. It looked fine in the salon when she loaded him up with gel, and from the next salon chair he looked cute.
But, it's anything but a good hair cut. The top is uneven and the sides are choppy. All that time, money, and pain for his ear to be sliced open and we didn't get what we paid for.
I'd give negative stars if I could.
Avoid this place at all costs!

Better to skip this place for a hair cut. Worst customer service. MVP experience is supposed to be nice. But not here.

it was far past overdue for both of my toddlers (2 & 3.5) to get a haircut. this was a first experience for both of them. i have two very rambunctious boys, so, needless to say, i knew that it was going to be a bit of a challenge. my oldest, also, has some development delays that create difficulties for him when attempting to regulate emotions. Lisa G was patient, kind, personable, and just downright amazing! i will definitely be taking them back to her (if she allows) LOL. the pricing was very reasonable and the store was a clean and comfortable environment. again, huge shoutout to Lisa G! thank you so much!!

I have been coming to this place for six months now. My regular hairstylist was not available today when I came for my cut. Another stylist named Lisa attended to me and didn't care at all. She cut my hair and beard in under 10 minutes. She didn't bother to listen to my requirements and was rude the entire time. She cut my hair too short and made me look almost bald. When I asked about it, she responded by saying she has been doing this for 25 years. This was the worst experience of my life.

My son and husband went in for a haircut today and neither were done well. They both get the same haircut every time and have the notes in their account. My son gets a 3 on the sides and finger length on top. Today he came home with a buzz cut. An uneven buzz cut at that. My husband’s hard part is not in the correct spot and isn’t level that’s on top of his hair being cut uneven and having noticeable patches of long hair. I had to fix it when he got home. My son’s hair I can’t even fix because there’s so little left. Truly the worst hair cut either of them have ever had and that’s includes the ones I did during the pandemic.
