Big Jeff was awesome. Very friendly, made going to buy paint fun. The store was well stocked with much more than just paint. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick even though they were busy. Coffee was available and the restroom was clean and well supplied. Parking was perfect, right in front of the store.

I rarely leave reviews but I had excellent service today by a gentleman in a white sweater (don’t know his name). I have new counters, floors, and countertops but couldn’t figure out cabinet color. He gave me his opinion and helped me narrow down to a few colors! Thanks dude cuz I would have made everything gray!

August 1st 2023, 1140 a.m. I walked into store 6676 located in Harrisburg, NC and was not greeted by any of the four employees working at this moment. I made eye contact with two of the employees and did not get any response from either one of them by greeting me or asking me if I need help. I don't know anything about paint and I surely needed help. A consumer should never walk into a store and not be greeted "Welcome" or asked "May I helpyou?" Poor customer service, I'll go to the nearest location.
