Nice and bright and staff is always pleasant. I would rate it higher except the produce isn’t as fresh as other Publix locations.

We placed an order online for three subs at 12pm. Was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. We arrived at 12:52 and saw our order wasn’t ready. Others was printed and ready within the five minutes we were at the store. When asked why they weren’t ready, the machine was blamed. If our order was passed over or missed, that’s fine…own it. Blaming a machine printing an order placed at 12pm at 12:55. That sounds like an excuse.

This need to come with a better solution. Everyone orders the chicken sandwich, but when they have a big catering order they dont have enough chicken for the customer who wants sandwich. The lady told me a one hour wait time. She lost three customer.

The general manager at this store tries to resort to being rude and aggressive to try and cover his pathetic store. He tried talking to us like we were stupid, and inconveniencing him. He put his hand in our face on multiple occasions to try and assert himself. Corporate has been contacted, and I really hope they deal with him properly. If he thinks is okay to treat his customers this way I can’t imagine how poorly he treats his staff.

Publix is the most impressive grocery store ever. The store is always spotless. And the customer service is second to none. I always shop at the Benfield road location in Charlotte NC. The produce is farm fresh and sits next to their wonderful bakery. The isles are always clear and accessible. And their seafood department is always stocked with the catch of the day.
