There are a handful of associates at this location that are welcoming. Half the deli department doesn't acknowledge you and when you try to get their attention they have an attitude. Today I stood at the deli and watched as the associates huddled and talked (about a customer) but nobody addressed me. This isn't the 1st time that I've had an encounter like this at the deli. It's a bit annoying granted not taking away from the fact that it's busy, BUT it's like this on a slow day! (Not the pharmacy)

BEST PHARMACY EVER!!!! Please use Publix as opposed to walgreens or cvs. They have the best customer service and make filling prescriptions a breeze! PS they are almost 1/2 the cost ?☺️

Publix has the best service among grocery stores. Whether it's helping take the groceries to the car or their excellent pharmacy service, it's worth it for us to utilize this fantastic grocery store whenever possible. Highly recommended for all.

I’m a Floridian, I’ve been shopping at Publix for 30+ years. I had a little mishap with a rude deli employee. I was so upset I was leaving not just without a Pub Sub or my groceries. I wasn’t going to shop at Publix that’s how upset I was. The deli manager Miss Rebecca came out and apologized. She went above and beyond to change my mind. She made my Pub Subs while I was grocery shopping she even went as far as finding me down the isles to bring me my 2 subs. Employee’s like Rebecca is one of the reasons why I shop at Publix. Excellent customer service, great quality of food and a very nice selection of organic food with good prices. Thank you so very much Miss Rebecca for your curtesy and professionalism!!

This place needs an overhaul of management and employees. No one can seem to get their jobs right. They charge other than the advertised price at the deli. This is my 2nd bad experience. 2 days ago I went there with my family, got 4 ultimate subs that are priced at 7.49 on their board. Each sub had different toppings from one another. The labels all say 8.49. I explained to the deli person who made the subs that the price is wrong. We didn't ask for boars head meat so it was supposed to be 7.49. She says they had a price increase a while ago and haven't changed the board prices yet. I told her I expect to pay the advertised price. She adjusts the prices but takes all the subs back and mixed up the order so now we dont know whos sub is whos. I go to get a soda from their soda machine and its all out splashing the air in the soda all over me because the soda is out. I go to pay and ask for a manager so I can explain the situation. He said he would absolutely address the pricing issue. Fast forward to 2 days later and I get a sub again and the soda machine is out and the air in the lines actually broke the soda nozzle and it flew off splashing soda all over me. On top of that, there weren't any napkins out either, I had to ask for the soda machine to get fixed and to put out napkins. I get to the register to pay only to find out the sub price says 8.49 again. Cashier comps the sub due to wrong pricing, but the label also says a different sub than what I ordered. They take the sub back to the deli to confirm if she put on the wrong label, which is what she says she did, so they walked with me back up to customer service and tried to get me to pay for a sub that was already rung up as free due to price error. I told them the manager we spoke to 2 days ago assured me this wouldn't happen again, he failed. After I left I realized she acually made an italian sub instead of the ultimate sub in which I asked for. So now I got my shirt full of soda, ate a sub I didn't order, and am upset over being lied to by the store manager. This place needs micromanagement. I work in upper management myself and this type of incompetence wouldn't be allowed. Something needs to be done at this location.

So I get to Publix to find that they never made my son’s cake. The clerk starts debating with me about my order he says it should have been picked up yesterday 9/31. Mind you there is not 31 days in Sept. and yesterday was Oct. 1st.

This my favorite Publix. I go several times a week for the deli meals. Everyone in the good department is great to work with and Nikki does a good bit of the cooking, which I really enjoy.

I love this place and their food is spot on! Tonight was a different experience, 2 people were in charge of managing the entire deli both hot and cold fresh items. Online orders too! I went to ask the MOD for help for these poor people. He told me that he didn’t know how to use the equipment, they had 2 people call out and he had a vendor at the back door that he had to tAke care of. I told him his people were drowning and the least he could do is walk over and speak to people to let them know and support his employees but he had a vendor and told me to have a great day. I was not upset with the deli folks working their butts off but the way the manager did not support them at all!

Highly recommend Publix. They are doing great job with covid. They have signs about masks required, make announcements about social distancing, clean carts, have plenty of lines open. The lanes are also marked. All employees and customers wear masks. Best subs in town. Thank you for providing safe experience for those of us with high risk households.
