“Mom & Pop’s Print Shop saved my wedding invites! I tried to save money by using a big name online printing service and the quality was just not where I thought it would be. After three rounds of reprints with no resolution in sight, I asked for a refund and searched for a local printer. When I emailed Mom & Pop’s with my sob story, I got an almost immediate response explaining most likely why I was having this issue with the other printer and explaining how they’d do it differently, along with a very reasonable quote. They were able to use the design files I already had and pulled everything together on a tight turnaround. The quality was far beyond what I was expecting, you couldn’t even compare it with the online retailer, it was that much better. I definitely learned my lesson: shop small with a business made up of human beings who care about the orders they’re creating, and don’t expect the same quality from an online service that uses chat bots to try to solve problems. Thanks Mom & Pop - can’t wait to share detail shots of the invitations from our big day with you!”

“Thank you, Scott! My wife and I came in to ship equipment back to her former employer after leaving the company. Unfortunately, her former employer made some last minute changes on how they wanted the items separated in multiple boxes to various locations. Since we were already in the store when receiving these new requirements, we were scrambling given we had no opportunity to prep before hand. Scott was exceptional at helping us navigate the details of each package while being patient and accommodating. We are grateful because he was integral in making the best out of a less than ideal situation. Give Scott a bonus, raise, trip to Turks and Caicos… something! He model customer service while driving efficiency providing solutions for our shipping challenges. We will be back.”

“I had to scan a multipage document and Fedex Kinkos was the first place I thought of. The process was seamless. The associate was very nice and helpful. It took all of 5 minutes to scan 30 plus pages. It was a little expensive, $.55 per page. Consider them for all your office needs.”

“I found everything I needed today. When I was in line to pay, I witnessed a remarkable customer service phenomenon. A man insisted on paying $10 for a $40 item. He said it was damaged. The cashier, Amber, was very pleasant and explained that she could only take 10% off. It actually wasn't damaged, but the plastic wrapping was off. She called a manager and still remained unaffected by this customer that was getting quite rude. After he stormed out, she smiled as I walked up and we joked about it a bit. Kudos to Amber for being calm and professional!”

“I needed my passport renewed, so I came here for a passport photo. It was fairly busy, but the employees did an excellent job of dealing with all the clients quickly and professionally. They were also able to get me not only the photo, but to help me with the whole application. Overall was very impressed, especially with the guy who seemeed to be in charge.”

“This place is amazing! Had an employee running their power mop in the earlier evening forced us out of the way twice, once while we were trying to browse the meat department, and another as we were trying to use the self checkout. I'm appalled that management allows such behavior. As a former Food Lion employee who mopped the floors with a traditional bucket and mop before they started having power mops, such behavior would have been completely unacceptable. Never would I have expected a customer to just get out of my way. Love it!”
