“I needed to create a celebration of life program and went to this location. Let me say 1000 stars is not enough for the excellent customer service I received from Grace. I was an emotional wreck in the store, crying, uncertain how to create the program. Grace was patient, offered several suggestions, listened, asked if I wanted a bottle of water or if she could get me anything.
It took some time,, my phone was acting up, Grace made sure my celebration of life program was beautiful and perfect. Thank you Grace, your kindness and sweet spirit will always be cherished.

“Mom & Pop’s Print Shop saved my wedding invites! I tried to save money by using a big name online printing service and the quality was just not where I thought it would be. After three rounds of reprints with no resolution in sight, I asked for a refund and searched for a local printer. When I emailed Mom & Pop’s with my sob story, I got an almost immediate response explaining most likely why I was having this issue with the other printer and explaining how they’d do it differently, along with a very reasonable quote. They were able to use the design files I already had and pulled everything together on a tight turnaround. The quality was far beyond what I was expecting, you couldn’t even compare it with the online retailer, it was that much better. I definitely learned my lesson: shop small with a business made up of human beings who care about the orders they’re creating, and don’t expect the same quality from an online service that uses chat bots to try to solve problems. Thanks Mom & Pop - can’t wait to share detail shots of the invitations from our big day with you!”

“I needed to ship a birthday gift to my niece that she left behind but I didn’t want to spend a lot to do it. Katie greeted us warmly and understood the assignment. Her first recommendation for the shipping package and cost were higher than expected so she diligently tried to find other boxes that would be more affordable. When uncertain of the best option, she tagged in her colleague, Emily to assist. Emily remeasured and quickly assessed which box would best fit and give us a better price and it did! I loved the teamwork and the diligence of both Katie and Emily. UPS is a 5min drive from my home but I hop on the highway to get to FedEx for this type of experience!”

“I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”
“I had to scan a multipage document and Fedex Kinkos was the first place I thought of. The process was seamless. The associate was very nice and helpful. It took all of 5 minutes to scan 30 plus pages. It was a little expensive, $.55 per page. Consider them for all your office needs.”
“I arrived at the store around 7pm; the line was to the front door. Both clerks were very fast taking care of customers. The lady handling my package was polite, knowledgable and thorough.”
“I needed my passport renewed, so I came here for a passport photo. It was fairly busy, but the employees did an excellent job of dealing with all the clients quickly and professionally. They were also able to get me not only the photo, but to help me with the whole application. Overall was very impressed, especially with the guy who seemeed to be in charge.”
“I visited this FedEx location on Saturday morning as well as yesterday morning. Each time I was greeted by the manager by the name of Lisa. She is very patient and professional. I appreciate her for taking the time to assist me with my large shipment and not making me feel rushed or flustered. I did not receive the same customer service at the Concord Parkway location. Not only was Lisa, welcoming and willing to help but her entire staff were equally friendly. If I have printing or shipping needs in the future, I will definitely drive to this location.

“This place is amazing! Had an employee running their power mop in the earlier evening forced us out of the way twice, once while we were trying to browse the meat department, and another as we were trying to use the self checkout. I'm appalled that management allows such behavior. As a former Food Lion employee who mopped the floors with a traditional bucket and mop before they started having power mops, such behavior would have been completely unacceptable. Never would I have expected a customer to just get out of my way. Love it!”
“I normally get my banners here for my other projects but this time I needed something strange. I needed a blow up made of a picture for a funeral. Talked with Megan in the print section has she assured me she could handle it in my time frame. She took every effort to make sure she got it exactly right. This Staples and associate receive my highest marks. The project turned out perfect.”
