I took my dog for a full grooming on July 25th. When she came home I noticed her coat was cut uneven, not thoroughly clean and her ears where not blown out. I reached out to PetSmart several times, in which I was trying to obtain either a new grooming or some sort of compensation. However, the response I received was we have no record of your email or phone number. I let them know I have the receipt and we are communicating by email. After that I emailed several times and got no answer. I suggest you do not use these guys. Customer service very poor.

I made an appointment for Monday received a call on Monday that I had to reschedule groomer called in, rescheduled for Friday received a call on Friday morning my appointment would have to be rescheduled groomer called in. I ask why a different groomer could not accommodate my dog I was advise no one was available. Now I have to found a new location to take my dog. I would not recommend this location to anyone for dog grooming.

It's hard to get an appointment at Petsmart now!!!! I scheduled my appointment and waited 3 weeks then because of an emergency it got canceled. I understand things happen however when I called to schedule again I had to wait another 3 weeks for the next available appointment. There should be an option to work me in because of the cancellation. This is terrible!!!

I have a cat she was very good with him do not know her name but I think that she know how to cut the nail great . I think she the only one that really does not mind working with cat

Beware!! I took my dog to Pet Smart in Harrisburg for grooming. He was traumatized, mistreated and apparently abused by Heather the groomer, who called me in a panic, shortly after dropping him off stating my dogs tongue was turning purple and blue and that he was stressing out trying to bit her. I got very bad vibes from Heather the groomer upon arrival who was also rude and disrespectful and apparently doesn't like people of color. Well, I wasn't expecting to be treated like a nobody when I know who I am and more importantly `Who's ' I am. Yes! that's right. A child of the King. I believe Heather, took out her hatetred towards me on my poor little sweet dog. She said he was stressing& wasn't breathing and that's why his tongue was turning blue. We'll, what the neck you expect when you're purposely being mean to a innocent animal? Huh? Get a life? Address your prejudice issues and deal with them. Immediately!

We just moved from Arizona this summer and I needed to find a new groomer for my dog. We used Petsmart previously and had a great experience. I was sad to leave our previous groomer, but after coming here just ONE time, I was so excited. Kayla groomed our dog and she has never looked better. We used to take our dog once every three months, but because of how phenomenal Kayla and this location was, we started bringing her in more frequently. Kayla very clearly LOVES what she does and this location has the sweetest staff here.

PetSmart is terrible with the care of handling dogs while grooming them. I have been going to PetSmart for a long time and the last time I took my dog there they didn't handle him well. I don't recommend sending your dog to them because obviously they can't take care of them properly. I would think twice to have my dog groomed at this location.
