I'm always a satisfied customer, the customer service is beyond excellent, there is a lady that works there and she is amazing, her personality is always beautiful, she takes her time and make sure you understand the guidelines, I would highly recommend this location. The truck are clean Everytime I pick up one.

Highly recommend if you need to store a Lil or a lot. I'm not fond of cooperate owned so this place is perfect. The facility is in a convenient location, very clean, great prices, and super customer service. The Harrisburg office also rents uhaul trucks and sells boxes n supplies, everything you need!

I had a question about my charges and called to speak to someone because they were different than my reservation. What the young lady on the phone said did not calculate up to the "savings" she said they gave me with what they charged. When I continued to question and asked her to breakdown the charges, she got frustrated and curt. I asked to speak to the manager or owner she said "I am the manager." But I told her I met the manager/owner the day before (a man) and it was not her. She then said, "Well I am the only one you are going to talk to today." And then she hung up the phone. When I called back, of course I got a voicemail and no one ever returned my phone call. I spoke to someone at the U-Haul 800 number and voice my displeasure with how I was treated, but they made no effort or gesture to make up for it. The rep said one of her managers would contact me and that never happened either. This company clearly does not put customer service as a priority.

I've been using Mr Storage for about a year and love it. I park a trailer and have used there storage units as well. Never a problem and they are very informative and nice every time I have dealt with them. I highly highly recommend using them for all your storage and moving needs. Thanks guys! Keep up they excellent work.

I have been using Mr Storage Harrisburg for about a year now. It’s really nice to have the extra space for parking on a daily basis and not have to maneuver in a tight area. 24 hour access and the ease to use it has been a great plus as well. Management is always super professional and helpful any time I have communicated with them.

Our experience with Mr. Storage and specifically Amy, has been incredible! I’ve been storing my RV there for a couple years now and anytime I have a need or a question she takes care of it. The site is clean and secure. Amy’s customer service is impeccable and Mr. Storage is lucky to have her.

I'll give five stars.. They fairly easy to deal with and sites are secure.. I've had a few billing issues and they were willing to work it out and take off late fees due to understanding the situation.They changed their payment systems and that caused some confusion. Also gate code reset didn't always work right away. But once they fixed these things. Its been good..

Easy access location to rent and pick up rental truck. After hours pickup made easy with link sent via email that walks you through the whole process from pick up to return. Trucks are clean and run well. They have a variety of sizes to rent and options from just hours to 2 day rentals.

Stopped by and got great service from Tony. Then when I needed to rent a UHaul again, I drove from Pineville in South Charlotte and passed several vendors to visit this location because I had to contact them. Then I meet Jessica who provided great service. Give them a call first. #rockstar service
