So, I arrived at 10:47 and the guy on drive-through said they were only serving lunch. I pointed out that the menus only showed breakfast still. He said they would change at 11:00. He said it with complete apathy and without apology. A broken system made worse by terrible customer service.

I go through the drive-thru to order the $12 family box that is advertised online and they tried to sell me a 24.00 family box or whatever that I didn't order and then the cashier wants to get rid of me I don't know who she is but she had a little green.

I ordered a filet of fish through the drive-thru. The drive-thru cashier was friendly. When I got home, I took a bite and I had to spit it out immediately. I think the tarter sauce was spoiled. I'm not sure if it was the fish or the tarter sauce. I tried calling to let the manager to inform him/her so that no one would get sick. They never answered the phone.

Possibly the worst run drive through on the planet. 28 minutes on Friday night around 11 pm for a McChicken.McDonalds corporate this place is bad!Update 2024- this place hs gotten worse. Don’t order what you want, you will never get it!!! Order things you don’t want so you have a chance to get something you may want. No one cares at all here!!Worst run business on earth!!!Corporate shut this location down!!!

Have about a 30% chance of getting your order correctly at this location, drive thru menu screens all busted and youll wait 15-30 minutes for a manager to actually address you when you come in with a wrong order.

The heavy set female that worked the first drive-thru window when I arrived after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2024 is rude, nasty , unpleasant, and unprofessional. No enthusiasm when taking order, just rudely says “go ahead” then takes card, doesn’t give a receipt, gave my card back and slammed window. I felt sick after eating that disgusting food. There was no one in the line ahead of me yet I was asked to pull to a numbered parking space, waited for cold old nuggets. Why offer 2 sauces for 10 nuggets but only 3 sauces for 20 nuggets? I will not be returning.

I went in and asked if someone could help me. A young gentleman walked up and I asked him if he could help me get my online order ordered in person while using the code ( the app wasn't working at the time) he said I needed a code and I said how do I find it and he said "I don't know" so I looked then he asked (politely) to look at my online order and he looked and said I don't know how to use it so I said ok give me a few minutes. I walked away for 2 minutes and gave up on the app. I STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES WITHOUT SERVICE!! it just wasn't me that was mad but other people. The gentleman acted like he was high or sleepy. No smile or good attitude at all I mean I did like the have a nice day but there was no emotion behind it. I saw a woman get mad at a person for asking for his meal and it wasn't like he was being rude. What happened to MacDonalds? Where everyone is smiling and being respectful and great service. I don't know who runs MacDonalds but if I was them I would bow my head Everytime I went out because it's gotten bad. Was the food good? Yes, did I get have a nice day? Yes. But no kind attitude behind it.Or good costumer service. I know it was busy but I mean at least tell me I'll be with you when I can. Don't just let me and other people stand there. The guy wasn't a jerk and they did get me the right meal at the end of it but a little more of that MacDonalds spirit would be nice. ?Thanks MacDonalds for the food anyway. :)Kid-friendliness: No one cussed or was a jerk.Wheelchair accessibility: It had ramps and I'm sure if you knocked someone would help you at the door.
