“This is not the closest Lowe’s to my house , the Bruton Smith Lowe’s is. That being said I pick this Lowe’s every time due to one thing. CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently needed some paint in a Holiday weekend of all times, went in and they were super busy, had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. I won’t give details, but I will say the store manager had to mix my paint and was extremely thoughtful and courteous, the entire staff ALWAYS had a smile and make you feel like they are there just for you. So that said Lorenzo, you have made that store an excellent customer service retail store, make your customers feel appreciated. “My favorite Lowe's in north carolina ever. This is the Best Lowe's ever. The management is great. They cut my lumber for me. They get my measurement correct.
They have a good section of fastners and building tools and automechanic tools and automechanic supplies and home improvement supplies and home furniture and plumbing and electrical and garden stuff and lumber and building materials and paint and all kinds of tools and hardware supplies and outdoor yard supplies and of course yard care and house care supplies. The prices are pretty good little expensive but that's really nothing. The restrooms are very clean. They have practice tools where you learn how to do things. They have a return desk with great management. They store is clean and organized.

However, after retracing my steps, asking the helpful employees and also getting assistance from a couple of customers, I have everything I need for my project - I hope.”

“I went to buy tools and faced disappointment. No one is there for suggestions. I approached the salesperson near the door and he was not interested in helping. I showed him the item I was looking for on the app and he said you shouldn't see it on the app instead search on the shelf. While he was talking to me another customer from his ethnicity asked him a question he left me and went with other customers. Luckily I met Max on the other side of the corner and upon discussion I said I would be going to another store, hearing that Max said he would help in finding the tool. He went to the aisle which was shown online identified it and gave it to me. The rating I gave is just for Max and no one else.”
