“I love the employees that work there. The only downfall is the Store Manager, Jay. That store is nothing like it was last year when Keith was the store manager. Jay dosent care about the customers like everyone else. He will be standing at the service desk on his phone alot of the times and try to get someone else to help a customer while he takes care of something un-work related. That store has took a turn for the worst with him there”
“Had to get materials to fix a roof leak. I believe I got everything I needed. Some of the material was not in the most obvious place, in my thinking. However, after retracing my steps, asking the helpful employees and also getting assistance from a couple of customers, I have everything I need for my project - I hope.”
“My husband & I went to Lowes and asked for some help anchoring down a privacy panel on our patio that kept falling over when we had lots of wind and rain. Lorenzo and Dalton were a great help. They explained what we needed to do and helped us find what we needed. Great job to both of them!”

Had an issue (my fault, not theirs) during installation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to help - and quickly. Also, Yuriy / RF Installations deserves an A+ regarding the entire experience. Superb. In this climate of mostly subpar quality / service I've experienced with many businesses in the last few years, it's refreshing to have had such a GREAT one here.”

He knew so much about tile flooring and helped us with picking all the right materials so that we could start on our next home project! Dixon was so friendly and helped get us to the right people to answer all our questions. Johnny the cashier was wonderful and helped us save money! “I went to buy tools and faced disappointment. No one is there for suggestions. I approached the salesperson near the door and he was not interested in helping. I showed him the item I was looking for on the app and he said you shouldn't see it on the app instead search on the shelf. While he was talking to me another customer from his ethnicity asked him a question he left me and went with other customers. Luckily I met Max on the other side of the corner and upon discussion I said I would be going to another store, hearing that Max said he would help in finding the tool. He went to the aisle which was shown online identified it and gave it to me. The rating I gave is just for Max and no one else.”

I couldn't complete my purchase online at home because my new Home Depot card's limit was below the purchase amount for my much needed refrigerator replacement. Janet worked diligently to resolve my issue by calling into credit services where they increased my limit to cover the entire purchase. We completed the transaction, and we're all set for the delivery of my new refrigerator. I am so thankful for her help today!”
