A great customer service experience!
Rented a unit and moved in that day.
Minor issues opening lock with cell phone but service tech assistant solved the problem.
Excellent rates for units the lobby had display units which makes selection easy to visualize the size needed.

Customer service representative was easy to work with.
I felt informed about the unit.
I did have some concerns about the price of the unit, bring increased sudden.. My coworkers rented the same unit size two weeks before and paid half of what I was quoted.
He explained the reason.
My concern is that this does not happen with my unit.

Super clean unit and helpful staff! I had a couple issues when I went to move in with getting access to the unit the same morning I rented it online, but they were very quick to call me back and super helpful and patient helping to get me squared away asap, and walking me through how to get into my unit! I can’t believe it took me this long to move my items from another storage unit in Harrisburg to this one!! It would have made my life so much easier over the last couple of years.

When our son relocated to Charlotte from Atlanta, I started looking for a storage unit. I narrowed down the search to American Storage South at Harrisburg. It is near and very convenient. I had questions as I navigated the website, so I called Kaitlin at the facility, and she walked me through the process. It was easy, and everything was ready when we accessed the unit. I would recommend this storage facility.

I was reluctant to choose a self storage facility as there are too many to list in our area, but American South Storage was fair, straight-forward, and honest and received a good deal for a 10x10 space without a long-term contract. Facilities were clean, new lock provided, and easy to access during normal business hours. Would recommend American South Storage as a great choice for your storage needs!
