If I could give them zero stars I would. Almost every single person I have dealt with over the past 3 years has been so rude or just has a terrible attitude. I’ve been ignored, eyes rolled, condescending attitudes for no reason. I receive a coupon code from my Dr. that heavily discounts my payment and every time they give me a problem. Every. Single. Month. It’s an issue. But every time after them getting frustrated it works and I’ve even asked if there’s a way to store it on file and one guy said yes, a woman said no and another woman rudely replied “it’s already on there” when it clearly wasn’t because the price hadn’t dropped. I went last week to pick up my husbands script and that was the last straw for me. I had called earlier that morning to confirm it was ready along with two others and they confirmed yes all three were ready for pickup. I get there and they say it’s been put back on the shelf because it had sat for too many days and when I asked why I wasn’t told that this morning the man replied “idk I wasn’t here this morning” so I was like okay well how long will it take to be refilled and he said 30mins. Ridiculous. It shouldn’t need refilled in the first place. Or I should have been told that that morning and I would have asked for it to have been refilled so that it would be ready after work. Everyone there is just plain rude and I’m finally switching pharmacy’s after giving them chance after chance.

The pharmacy sucks, poor service, they don't have the prescription up to date, nobody does their job as they should, don't take this pharmacy

Pharmacy Techs need a MAJOR attitude adjustment. They are snotty simply for the sake of being snotty and it reflects poorly on the technicians with good customer service as well as the organization as a whole. Don’t bring your bad day into your job. I just want my prescription, I didn’t do anything to hurt you. There’s a reason they don’t answer by name… (like other Harris Teeter pharmacy’s). I hate having to call this location.

Have had no issues reaching the pharmacy and they have always given excellent advice and information when filling prescriptions. Their phone system is great and menu options clear. Filling one of my son's prescriptions was so much cheaper here than anywhere else in the area

I'm sure everyone that has visited this Harris teeter pharmacy has at one point or another considered just coming off their medication altogether; simply due to how excruciating it is to have to corroborate with these pharmacists here. Don't get me wrong, I've used several other Harris teeter pharmacies and had excellent experiences at those, this one however was so below par I would sooner fly to China and lick doorknobs than have to rely on these folks to fill a prescription in a timely manner. One star, and two thumbs down.

We have used Harrisburg's Hometown Pharmacy since they opened and had wonderful experiences. Over the years, they have saved us quite a bit of money on co-pays and have always provided personal service. They take the time to answer questions and are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly. It's rare to find this type of service at a large chain pharmacy these days.

I have been with this pharmacy for many years now and have had enough of there incompetent service and today I was lied to my face. I was told they phoned me yesterday and that they let my phone ring for 3 minutes, funny though when I showed them my phone and that I had NO missed calls from them ,they then had nothing else to say. They no longer offer that " hometown feel & service" Im very disappointed especially since I started using them as soon as they opened.

Love this pharmacy and professional staff. Small town, they make you feel like friends. Hours are good, they deliver, and there's a drive through lane for pick ups. I'd highly recommend!
