“My favorite Lowe's in north carolina ever. This is the Best Lowe's ever. The management is great. They cut my lumber for me. They get my measurement correct.
They have a good section of fastners and building tools and automechanic tools and automechanic supplies and home improvement supplies and home furniture and plumbing and electrical and garden stuff and lumber and building materials and paint and all kinds of tools and hardware supplies and outdoor yard supplies and of course yard care and house care supplies. The prices are pretty good little expensive but that's really nothing. The restrooms are very clean. They have practice tools where you learn how to do things. “This is not the closest Lowe’s to my house , the Bruton Smith Lowe’s is. That being said I pick this Lowe’s every time due to one thing. CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently needed some paint in a Holiday weekend of all times, went in and they were super busy, had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. I won’t give details, but I will say the store manager had to mix my paint and was extremely thoughtful and courteous, the entire staff ALWAYS had a smile and make you feel like they are there just for you. So that said Lorenzo, you have made that store an excellent customer service retail store, make your customers feel appreciated. Hats off to you and your staff and I appreciate the assistance you gave. You should be proud of the work you’ve done. Hats off to you and your professional and enthusiastic staff. Well Done!”

“we have been purchasing our vinyl flooring from Home Depot in Kannapolis. We needed 3 more boxes to finish. Called to confirm that it was still in stock. They had it waiting for us when we arrived. . My husband is a Veteran and does not have a cellphone. They refused to give him his 10 percent off just because he didn't have a cell phone with the home Depot app. He has his VA ID card but was still refused for discount. very disappointed in the handling of this. we have purchased over $2000 worth of vinyl flooring and have always received the military discount until now.”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”

I couldn't complete my purchase online at home because my new Home Depot card's limit was below the purchase amount for my much needed refrigerator replacement. Janet worked diligently to resolve my issue by calling into credit services where they increased my limit to cover the entire purchase. But when I had a issue hours after Tropical Storm Helene blew through and my primary store was closed due to no power, the staff at Albemarle Road was fast and responsive so that I could get right back to work. A huge shoutout to Jesse, who was able to get things started over the phone. Even after his initial phone call, he continued working to find a solution to my problem. By the time I walked in the store 45 minutes later, he was ready to jump into action. A big thank you to both Jesse and Angel for tremendous customer service while I was in the store. I'm glad to know I can get outstanding service at any STI location.”
