For the fourth time I cough them pencil whipping the inspection list. My air pressure was seasonally low going in and was the same coming out. Heck, he had the car on the lift and the tires were at eye level and it wasn’t done. I had a coupon that included a container of fuel treatment and there was no mention that it was installed. Heck, at this point I don’t even trust that they actually changed the oil and filter. This happening once could have been a bad day or bad employee. Twice and they made a fool out of me. The third time the manager assured me it wouldn’t happen again so I excepted his apology and a free service. I believe he made sure everything was done correctly. I went back this time and it happened again. This is no longer an anomaly, I appears to be systemic.

Just bought tires during the sale. Outstanding service, very kind staff. Made sure I understood the services needed and the costs involved.

Long story short, Corey was awful and I felt like he was trying to rip me off. Tyler was very helpful and he is the only reason I'm giving a three out of 10 rating. As a single mother, I, like many, cannot afford one tire at $279 and I felt like I was forced into it because I felt that my tire was unsafe to continue driving on. You need to keep more options in stock for those of us on a smaller budget. It was only completed in an hour because it was close to closing time.

I took my 2020 Chevy Equinox to Firestone on October 1st because my brakes locked up that previous Saturday while I was driving. My brake pedal wouldn't even go to the floor. So I was already aware that I was having some kind of brake issues. I received my first phone call that afternoon letting me know that they had to do another diagnostic which would cost me because the first brake inspection didn't let them know what was wrong with my car. I said okay. They called me back about 2 hours later to tell me that my vacuum pump needed to be replaced. Corey explains to me what the vacuum pump does when it comes to the brakes. I agree to have it replaced which I was told the part wouldn't be in till the following day and when it comes in that they would begin working on my car. On the day my car part arrived, which was October 2nd, I get a phone call from Corey around 11:20am that went completely left. He told me that as the mechanic was taking off the old vacuum pump they realized that it had exploded. I proceeded to say what you mean exploded? He, Corey goes it exploded and you have metal in your engine. I said what you mean that I have metal in my engine? Corey tries to explain to me how this could have happened but I asked if I could join my husband in on this call so that he could explain it to him as well. I asked him how in the hell do we start off with brake issues and end up with engine problems. It just wasn't sitting well with me. I went from having 700 dollars worth of repairs to 2,000 dollars had I let them take my engine apart. I told Corey to replace my vacuum pump and I'll deal with my engine when I cross that line. He then proceeded to tell me that my car wouldn't be worked on until the next day because he had other cars to repair. Now initially my car was being worked on when he called. Now I have to wait an extra day because of other cars. That was mistake #2. I had my brother and my boss call about an hour after that conversation. And his words were it's possible that there may be metal in the engine. Now remember when Corey was on the phone with my husband and I he said that there was metal in the engine. By this time I'm furious! That's mistake #3. When I arrive on the third to pick up my vehicle, I was told everything was good to go. Here we are five days later and my engine is leaking oil. I've never had any issues with a oil leak before Firestone touched my car. I'm highly frustrated and pissed the hell off. I have started looking for an attorney because ain't no way my car is in this condition because of a vacuum pump! Oh and not to mention, the broke my windshield washer cap and didn't even tell me that they did it. Had I not went under my hood because my car was smoking Thursday after picked it up, I would not have realized that it was missing. That was mistake #4. I called about the cap and was told to go too a part store and purchase it and they would reimburse me as long as I had the receipt. I had to laugh to keep from crying. They reimbursed me but for the cap, go figure. But my engine is a different story. I truly hope that you all are not purposely breaking people cars to get extra money! I work hard and don't have a lot. And to receive this kind of treatment from a repair shop is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! Now I'm stuck with a car that's leaking oil, that's never leaked a day since I purchased it. And it's Firestone fault! If anyone wants to contact me regarding this my email address is
[email protected]704-956-6801 is my contact number.

My tire had a nail in it and it was plugged incorrectly at your Harrisburg NC location. The tire was going flat the very next day. Took it elsewhere and was told it wasn't fixed correctly. Your guy only put a patch on it when it should have had a plug and a patch! Have a picture of the tire and the inept repair that was done. It's a good thing it didn't blow out on me while driving or you'd been on the other end of lawsuit! I will NEVER take my car here for repairs ever again!! Firestone used to be a name you could trust, not any longer!!

I went to this Firestone location to get my tire fixed. I told them that the tire is loosing air pressure overnight. They charged me for a flat tire fee of about $20. I also asked them to perform tire rotation for an extra $9.99. After a couple of hours they told me that both work items were complete and the tire was patched.
Next day, the same tire again dropped in pressure while I was driving on a freeway. My family was in car with me. My heart sank. I went back to the Firestone location and the person named Tylor told me that the tire has side wall damage and no action was performed on the tire during the previous visit. A couple of issues with this situation that brings Firestone's integrity and quality in question
1) Firestone charged me for the services they didn't perform.
2) Firestone misrepresented that they fixed the issue.
3) They put me and my family in harms way by falsifying that the issue was addressed.
4) Lastly, they still haven't refunded me my money for the services that they didn't perform.
A very bitter experience.

This place was quick to get my truck in and knock out my safety inspection without issues. One of the few shops willing and able to accommodate my large dually Ram.

While passing thru Charlotte on a road trip, my battery died. Randy and his advisor were professional, courteous and quick. I'm grateful for Firestone and my amazing customer experience.

I was able to get my service and maintenance appointment within a reasonable time period by conveniently scheduling online. The staff addressed my concerns and identified problems I suspected were present. My vehicle service was completed quickly and my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. The work appears to be satisfactory and most of the symptoms I noticed are gone now (the remaining ones are related to needing to replace my tires). The cost of labor and parts is reasonable. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I went in to get my tire patched last week and waited two hours for my service to be completed. A week later my tired pressure was low again, come to find out my tire was never patched but of course I was charged for the service. Devin was the technician who worked on my car. I was also charged for an AC check but at this point I don’t believe that was done either. When I was checking out, I asked what was in my tire and the techician stated he was unsure but the tire definitely needed to be patched. Very unprofessional. Horrible service. Be aware before taking your car to this Firestone.
