This location should be shut down due to extremely poor incompetent customer service. I have yet to come in contact with anyone who can actually answer questions at this location. Horrible customer service and extremely rude people.

one hold for 1 hour with no assistance. I tried to login on the website and that does not work either. Hung up and tried the 1 800 number and it does not even ring just a busy signal. Poor customer service. They need to work on their operations or risk losing clients. Let me clarify that this is for Fifth third online customer service and 1 800 phone number, not this particular location.

Held an in state, official government check for over a week. Nobody could explain why beyond “it’s the system, there’s nothing we can do.” Customer service agent - if that’s what you want to call her - started talking over me and then hung up on me! Seriously?!!! I’m not a complainer. This is new to me. But if I can help at least one person avoid a similar experience, I’ll consider it my good deed for the day. Cancelled direct deposit to the account and am closing it the very second the funds are FINALLY made available. RIDICULOUS!!! AVOID!!!!!

Tried to get help changing zelle access from email to cell phone and was told try again tomorrow didn't even bother to look at my situation. No customer service here totally worthless

Opened up an account today with 5/3 and was helped by a Mr. Rick Hawkins. He provided exceptional customer service with clear communication and a positive attitude. Answered all my questions and made me feel reassured that 5/3 was the bank for me! Keep up the great work and I look forward to banking with 5/3!

Within the past year, I have had to make the terrible decision to leave my much loved and proud career as a Fiber Optics Technician at Owens Corning due to unexpected complications. I have been living off of my savings ever since, the reality of my situation has not been an easy one for me to accept. I decided to use my savings to go back to college, and prepare myself for a new trade. Despite me nearly going broke in my efforts to attain a new life for myself, this Bank and it's employees have always stood by me, and helped as best they could. I recently got accepted for a new job, nothing like my last job, but still a new beginning for myself. On my way to my interview, my car broke down, my engine was misfiring and could not move me any further, this happened just across the street of the bank. I have no cellphone at the moment, a bill I cut to save money. I walked to the bank, and asked if I could phone my family, which they allowed, my family were all too busy to help me. I don't tend to get emotional, I felt I rather calmly assessed the situation, I was not frantic when I entered the bank, although when hearing my situation, one of the bank employees could tell I was having a bad luck day, and offered me a ride to my job interview, whom implied there would be no charge, and no worries. That ride allowed me to get the job, he even gave me a ride back. Albeit I somewhat knew the employees at this bank to an extent, we were still mostly strangers. I may not be making even 25% of what I was once making, but this is a new beginning for myself that can only get better. My car is now fixed and I am moving forward, sometimes just a little help goes a long way, and in this instance it certainly did. I will never forget those who helped me in my time of need, this bank will always have my respect.

I've had mostly good experiences with what was First Charter bank but is now 5/3 bank. The tellers are friendly and adept but their knowledge of how to reset online passwords is weak. I eventually called the 5/3 offices and got the problem fixed however.
