This location had an elderly lady leaning outside an open sign when the business door was locked. The door stated they opened at 10am yet they were not. I knocked on the window because I seen a door in the back ajar. Yet no one came to the door. Bad business!

Used to be my favorite Cricket store when there is was a Syrian lady, she is very helpful and nice, And now they have a new employee who is not helpful at all.

We signed up for Cricket for the affordable service, but it hasn't been very dependable. They had a promotion where you could get a free Sam's Club membership if you signed up for two phones on the $90 plan. We asked how to get it and we were told we would be sent a code in a few days. We didn't get it so we called customer service and went through the same thing. We went back to the store where we signed up and told them about the problem and they gave us a number to call. We were given the same runaround. We asked customer service at Sam's Club and they knew nothing about the deal. We dropped Cricket for lousy customer service, slow , unreliable network and false advertising.

Yasser, the owner, was quite rude ,in an attempt to resolve an issue with my phone for the 4th time in the store with the same problem, a talk back feature that won't stop. Today, the 5th time in the Cricket store, I was just supposed to have my contacts transferred from my old phone( that I only upgraded two months ago, at Crickets behest,) it's been a problem ever since. The font on the phone keep getting smaller and the messaging app was malfunctioning and then talkback. A helpful rep (Tonya) gave me a replacement phone due to the issues and I just needed my contacts. This guy comes in the store after making me wait an hour because the phone wasn't working. (YES, the new phone from yesterday, kept cutting off during the info transfer) The owner comes in angry, takes the "new" phone, gives me back the "old" phone and says it's fixed, AGAIN. I said, what about the new phone. he says . he will make his employee pay for the phone if I keep it. WHAT? I really hate to play the "race" card, but I don't think he should treat a customer of 15 plus years that way and I'm an older guy. Is this the way we treat our elders? No respect. I know he would not have been so crass with a person of a different race.

The new light skin boy name Damion I think is he's name. He is very unprofessional. My sister came in for service afterwards he took info out of her phone and messaged her asking for a date. My mom went in one day and he was on his personal phone texting while she was trying to talk to him. He also left the store unattended for a bit getting in a car with rims and I'm sure isnt supposed to do that. He is very professional and seem to not have a clue on phones or how to provide adequate service. Wish there was a manager in site but there is never a manager there. I recommend going to a different cricket not the one in Harrisburg. He seems sneaky in his work ethics. I dont trust him with personal phone information.
