“Scott was so very honest. He made the drive to my house, based on pictures I had sent, to repair a dent. Upon closer inspection it was noticed that the paint is chipped and while the dent itself would repair well, the paint would chip/be damaged. Bc I have a pearl paint a touch up paint job would likely look worse than just living with the dent.
I offered to pay him for his travel time and he would not accept it! His professionalism and honesty are so appreciated! 10/10”

“A car crashed into the driver side of my car leaving a huge dent that left the door unable to be opened. I was worried that the shop would not be able to match the orange paint color since its unique to this Tc series but they were able to nail it 100%. Not only was the job done professionally, the customer experience was also amazing. They waived the $500 deductible and even helped me with part of the rental vehicle expenses. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle to be returned like it came straight out of the dealership.”

“If you are new to Charlotte or you need your vehicle worked on this is the only place I trust. I have gone here for over 15 years. They are a small place with that old time feel. So kind and considerate of your time. They only fix what needs fixed. I thought my power steering pump went out. I took my SUV to Josh and I had a new pump in the car for it to be replaced. All it ended up being was some little modular thingy. These guys are honest. They know how to treat ladies and gentlemen. No one else in the area comes close to the excellent service you will get here. No lies, no rip offs and you are treated like family and they are very reasonably priced mechanics and professional.
