“My son broke down across the street from advanced auto, he called me as I was visiting him in Concord. I advised him to go to advanced to make this quick. Nope, they told him to call a mobile mechanic. I drove the 25 minutes, went to AutoZone, and with nobody knowing I'm an AutoZone manager from Illinois, they allowed me to look up his battery. After shopping, they rang us up quickly, we got the battery changed, and returned the core. From this manager to this store manager, you are doing everything right. Your team is awesome! Thank you!”

“Purchased a new Die-hard battery. While the guy went to disconnect the terminal and because it was corroded, it kinda snapped off. He jumped the battery and suggested I go to Pep boys (across the street) to have the terminals replaced and so I did. Guy was professional and knew enough not to continue working on something he couldn't fix.”

“HANDS DOWN BEST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER! Im 1 week post repairs and I have gone on a road trip since.
