Owner sold me a UV transilluminator on Ebay. He did not package the unit properly and it was broken upon delivery. I opened the box, removed a little packing material, took pictures the put the packing material in the box, and resealed it. I didn't remove anything from the box. Then I initiated a return on Ebay of the item. The seller got the unit back and immediately filed a complaint with Ebay falsely claiming there were missing items from the original shipment. I emailed him and he claims he didn't receive everything which is a lie. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this guy. He is not reputable. *Update. The owner has refunded my money after I posted my complaint publicly.
