“I ended up making an unexpected stop here on Tuesday around noon because my new used car, which I had only driven 3 times, had a check engine light come on. I had to drive it back to mocksville, and with both of my children in the car, I wanted to make sure it would be safe. When 1st walking in, I saw 2 associates behind the counter, one female and one male... Neither greeted me, and both kind of made me feel like I was bothering them by asking them for help. The male ended up helping me and used a code reader to let me know what was wrong with my car. Once he began to help me, he became friendlier and honestly did a wonderful job! A little kindness can go a long way, and I greatly appreciate his help that day to make sure my family and I can get home safely. Price sometimes is a little more than the salvage yards that warranty for 30 days but well worth the 6mo and 1 yr warranties they offer. No issues whatsoever with customer service.
