“My boyfriend ran over an allen wrench yesterday (New Year's Day) on his way back to VA and called Seto for a tow to a tire shop. While the tow was on its way we discovered the shop wasn't opened. Once the tow driver showed up we asked about other shops and he said everything was closed.Panic! What to do now?!The driver said let me take a look. Ended up patching the tire and getting him on his way home. My boyfriend attempted to pay for the tow since the driver had been dispatched and he said since there wasn't a tow he wouldn't charge for one. “We just came down for the weekend crossed the bridge and our service brake assist alert came on. After two tries at other places this was the first and only one that would even look at our vehicle. They did great! Fixed us up even though they don’t work weekends and we enjoyed our weekend in OBX and had our truck back and fixed to return home on Sunday. Would recommend highly! “I recently had a fantastic experience at Tire First! Despite it being last-minute on a Saturday just before closing, Cat swiftly identified and replaced the leaking/damaged tire on my SUV. They managed to squeeze me in, found the tire in their inventory, and got me back on the road in under an hour. Excellent service and efficiency! Highly recommend.”
“My husbands Prius had an error code for coolant issue. Took it to our regular place and they let it sit for two weeks before saying they couldn’t even take time to scan it. Called Outer Banks Mobile Engine who said bring it in next day. Scanned it and it was just an air bubble in a line. In and out fixed for $100. Have found our new repair shop!”
