The Dawson Cabin Community FCOG on Dawson Cabin Road would like to give a BIG Thanks to Donnie, Jason, and the Staff at Watkins Flooring. When we were ready to make decisions on our flooring, we reached out to the office and made an appointment: in which they came out promptly and measured and gave suggestion as to what would best suit the needs of the church. After a reasonable quote was given, we made arrangements with the Staff to order what what needed and it too was right on time. The following week, they began to work on our classrooms, and bathrooms removing the old carpet and tile in the bathroom, replacing it with beautiful new carpet and laminate flooring in our bathrooms. It truly has transformed our classrooms into an enjoyable space, and the bathrooms look amazing. Great job! Throughout this whole process, I was kept informed by the courteous staff, and Jason answered all our questions. Nothing less than professional! We are very pleased; once again, thanks for your help. Fast and professional from start to finish. I was satisfied with the attention to detail and color matching to the walls. The consultation with Kathleen was outstanding especially the recommendation on padding and type of carpet was so on point. She was very detail oriented and came by to make sure we were satisfied.

We have had Watkins Flooring come out and do to different rooms this year. Jaime was our representative both times. He was a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him. We have one more project that we will be doing and will definitely be back. Thank you for the great work.

This company was amazing! They were timely and courteous. Justin did an amazing job on cleaning our carpets. I WILL certainly be using them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends!

It took several months from start to finish for the workers to complete the project. The staff rude, often unprepared, disorganized, and unprofessional. Three different times they forgot to show up. Twice, they brought the wrong material. Also, my carpet is unraveling because they cut it and didn’t secure it. I am a huge fan of leaving good reviews and I rarely ever leave bad ones, but I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to use this company. The project is “sorta” done and I HATE the finished product.

From the first visit, they were kind Friendly, understanding and professional. Jason and the whole group in the store were great. The crew that came to the house were again examples of professional nice people. Great workmanship and they cleaned up.

What a great team Amanda and Jason are at the Surf City store ! We stopped for some of the great hard wood floor cleaner they sell and it was such a pleasant experience ! They have such gorgeous beach rugs ! I would recommend them highly !
