I recommend Village Pharmacy highly! They have gone above and beyond for me several times in the few short months I've been using them. Today they called me to let me know that the dates on a future refill weren't matching up, which would have affected me being able to get it filled when the time came. She didn't have to do that, it was a future problem, but she noticed and took the time to call me about it so I could get it worked out ahead of time. They also spent a lot of time in a past month talking to my insurance company and trying to get a coupon applied. They would even call me to update me about their progress (big chain pharmacies would never)! I really appreciate the small business feel and extra effort and don't mind driving from Ogden because of their great service.

A pharmacist named Anna is now a pharmacist who works there. she is a class act pharmacist that has more knowledge, skills and a positive attitude than any pharmacist i know. you won’t find a better pharmacist anywhere in the Wilmington metro area. i’m movivg from a major pharmacy chain just to work with Anna. Anna is the the personification of excellence and i wish other pharmacies had qualified pharmacists like Anna.

The manager of this store is a complete bafoon. I am moving all every single one of my medications to walgreens. They randomly close at all hours depriving people of medicine they need. The manager was a complete jerk. I will NEVER return again

The staff at Village Pharmacy is the most polite and accommodating around. They are a sheer pleasure to deal with and have always made me feel welcome. In the era of covid, when pharmacy staff have been stressed and stretched, they have maintained a high level of civility and manners and that means a lot.

It is simple to summarize -- they have all the prescription medications that Walgreens and other chain stores have with much better service and much better prices. You are a person here, and we once had an emergency need for a prescription when the pharmacy was closed and it was delivered to our home that day. Beth Caveness, the award winning owner. has a doctorate as a pharmacist, and her advanced medical knowledge is always on display and we regularly rely on her for advice. We drive right by a number of Chain Pharmacies to come here and this decision has made a meaningful difference in our lives.

This place is awesome! Used them last month for a rapid COVID test and was so pleased with that experience that I began to inquire about changing my prescriptions over to them. It is such a great feeling to be able to call a pharmacy and have someone not only answer the phone,but be able to answer your questions and not be left on hold for 45 minutes. Stopped in the store today for the first time to pick up the prescription and they are well stocked and extremely neat. Never thought I’d be excited over finding a new pharmacy but it’s happening ? this place is a gem! No more CVS madness for me!

I've used a lot of pharmacies so far in my life, but Village Pharmacy is by far the best. The ladies who work here have always been nice to me. The pharmacist is so sweet. They are always so patient when waiting on me or answering my questions. I love it here. I would reccomend this place 100%. If you want good customer service and a great environment this is the place to go. ?
