The staff was great and attentive to Mabel (a westie) and her cousin Baxter(a Dachshund). It was easy to check them in and out of the facility, even the day we came to take them to the beach with us. Both Baxter's family and mine loved the everyday report cards and photos, it helped us pet parents be ok being away from them for the week. If I'm ever vacationing in the area of Surf City, NC I will use Pawville again for boarding.

I haven’t ever boarded my babies, but after my experience with Marisa, I feel comfortable enough to board them, that’s HUGE. Thank you Marisa!

I traveled to surf city with my family and needed a place to board my cats. The Pawville location was super convenient to our Airbnb and the reviews were great. At check in, the staff was super helpful and kind. I’ve never boarded my cats but Marisa assured us they would be well cared for and she put us at ease. Not only were our cats happy, we got report cards on their status daily with photos! I will definitely be back!

New to the area, finding reliable dog boarding was paramount. Our experience with Pawville exceeded expectations. From the warm welcome to the comprehensive tour, we felt reassured entrusting our dogs, Jack and Layla, to their care. The spacious accommodations and attentive staff provided our pets with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, complete with extra playtime and attention. We had no issues with staff providing twice daily medication to our one dog. We also LOVED the daily report cards provided complete with pictures. Although we encountered minor glitches with the video camera access, it was reassuring to have the option to check in remotely. Upon pickup, Jack and Layla were not just happy but also clean and fresh-smelling. Grateful for Pawville's professionalism and care.

This pawville location is immaculate. You walk in and it’s clean. We got a tour of the place before boarding our spoiled pup here. Staff is professional and well informed. They give you a run down of pricing upfront and what to bring and expect for your pups stay. We had a last minute overnight stay and I couldn’t not be happier with our decision to leave our pup here. Will definitely recommend friends and family.

I adore ALL of the staff at Pawville…they are friendly, kind & so gentle with my large, anxious dog.
DAKOTA couldn’t have been sweeter yesterday when I came to pick up ‘Becka’, she is very sensitive to storms & Dakota assured me they were able to calm her down when she started panicking. ??
The staff all know ‘Becka’ as soon as we arrive & I come to pick her up…I feel so relieved when she is at Pawville, she is a dog that is more interested in the attention of people rather than other animals & the staff make her feel all of that love she so craves, I am so grateful for each & every one of them!

Dakota and all the staff at Surf City Pawville are just fantastic! All I have to say is “wanna go to Pawville?” and Frankie is in the car smiling and wagging her tail. She just loves it . Not sure what I would do without them! Keep up the great work!

We love pawville! My Great Dane, trixxie goes to daycare and overnight boarding and the team is so great! I love the report card updates with how her day went and pictures attached! Dakota remembers me by name every time I walk in and that I’m “trixxies mom” I feel so comfortable with my girl here! Thank you pawville surf city !

Everyone here loves animals. They are so great with my dogs. The daily report card with description and pictures of my dogs playing were unexpected and AWESOME! I have never seen that at any boarding place before, and I didn't ask them to do that! It was great and made me feel better about my dogs and know they weren't just hiding in a dark kennel. They came home clean and happy! I look forward to taking my dogs here again!

Our dog loves playing with the staff and other dogs there for daycare! They take really good care of all of our pets during boarding stays as well.
