Great local family-oriented pharmacy. Anna is very nice and helpful. She truly cares about her customers! The store offers a good selection of wellness products, as well as OTC medications, greeting cards and more. There is even a nice sitting / waiting area.

The worst. My wife had a prescription sent there and was told they were out. We waited the extra day and after we picked it up, we noticed it was an anti fungal solution that we could’ve picked up without a prescription at CVS for a 1/3 of the price. Never sending another script there again. If anyone needs to pick up a script there please look it up first or send it anywhere else.

I wouldn't give one star but I have to for my review unfortunately. I had 3 issues with this pharmacy in Hampstead. Not only did you not fill my prescription on time, you claimed " not to have it on file". The Realo at Star medical helped us resolve the issue. We love the people at Realo in Star Medical. They have fantastic customer service. Always polite and helpful. Why are they helping me and you have trouble communicating the problem!?! Today (Haley) spelling?! Was RUDE and couldn't answer a simple question. Do I have a prescription on hold from my oncologist? "No". Haley has the worst attitude I've ever spoken to at ANY pharmacy. So I call Realo at Star Medical and they (like always) helped me and gave me the information I was looking for. I decided to use a different pharmacy bc Realo in Hampstead is terrible. How do you lose my prescription and can't explain!?! Realo at Star Medical explained and done so with respect. Haley just gives the phone to Maddie who tried to apologize and make an excuse for Haley and her rude attitude. No excuses! Thank you Star Medical -Realo for being the pharmacy Hampstead is NOT! We will be using a different pharmacy with better customer service and communication skills because you're lacking both! Also Thank you Haley for being rude and helping me decide to take my business elsewhere. I don't need an apology. I don't want an apology. Learn to treat customers better because there's other pharmacy's. As a small business owner myself, I find this appalling?

I love using a local pharmacy. I meant to put in my refill info this morning when I saw my meds getting low, but I got busy and forgot. But Cassandra from Realo actually just called me to see if I needed a refill!!! Amazing customer service! I am impressed!

Rip Off. I am done with this pharmacy, after a good start they continually disappoint with prices and service. Just picked up a scrip today that they doubled in price from $60 last month to $120 this month for a 30 day supply, saying that it cost them more this month. I came home and looked online and most other pharmacies had it for $15-$20 for the same scrip. Shame on me once...goodbye Realo/Realhigh

The reason I am unsatisfied with the store may not be the store itself however when I get one of my main RXs filled here they NEVER have the one that works. Adderall comes from different manufacturers and they always get the kind that does not help with my ADD. The small orange, white or pink Adderall do nothing for my concentration focusing and honestly makes me tired. When I go to Walgreens they have the exact oblong shaped peachish/orange color that actually works. Last month was horrible got RX and meds did nothing at all for me but once meds were filled there was nothing they could do ... Not happy with Realo Stores due to this fact only

I'm not sure what is happening at Realo Hampstead, but I've never experienced such silly mistakes, such blaming of a terrible wholesaler instead of making it right(who can't get generic common meds?!), Or utter lack of customer service (the reason I stayed with Realo in the first place). Since there is only one Realo now in my area(what happened to Realo Surf City?!), I'm ready to move my whole family's prescriptions to CVS Surf City if it's not fixed ASAP. The people are extremely rude on the phone, can't be bothered to call a Dr's office and offer no solutions whatsoever, if I wanted to be treated that way I'd go to CVS Hampstead! This is a terrible way to do business, Kyle & Mary Beth were why we loved Realo because they know what customer service is. It has gone far downhill since we haven't seen them working there. Please just fix it.

Great place to get the stuff you need. Instead of spending close to $100 a month buying allergy and stomach meds from the local grocery stores and corporate pharmacies, I spend less than $20 a month on the same exact drugs at Realo. Only difference is they're generic.
