I hope someone of importance sees this, my husband and I broke down a few days ago and without the help of Chris and (I believe his name was Nick, not sure) our day would've been much worse. Chris came out of the back and let my husband us the OB2 reader multiple times, and even opened up a new set of tools to let us borrow to replace the spark plugs, and a step stool. This level of customer service and honestly just kindness is hard to come by these days. Chris even told my husband to come back and he would give him the name of his trusted friend to do some further work later. Just wanted to say thank you again to the guys at Hampstead O'Reillys who really went above and beyond to help us. God bless yall!

The Hampstead O’Reilly auto parts was extremely helpful when I had a battery fail. Cole not only helped with the replacement, testing and charging old battery, but he also helped to make sure that the alternator and starter were ok after the replacement of a new battery was done. He even helped me look for my keys when I thought I had misplaced them during my visit. He completely went out of his way to help make my crazy day better. Professional , courteous, and helpful from the minute I arrived. Thank you.

Stopped in for an engine light on. They hooked up the code reader and was able to get the part I needed to fix the issue!

Reid and Cole were able to get our alternator tested and were absolutely helpful! This spot is tucked away, clean and the staff was helpful.
