we were in need of four mattresses and called a few places. this store called right back and our mattresses (exactly what we needed) are being delivered tomorrow! so easy, the staff was so kind and helpful. they also had many options for us. thank you!

We spent $4,500 on a quality Basset bed, chest of drawers and a nightstand. Installers delivered it on 5/23/19. On 7/14/19 we went to bed and the mattress support rails busted into splinters of wood and I went collapsing to to floor. Called Hampstead Furniture on 7/15 and they were out right away to repair the bed with new replacement parts. Turns out the original installers forgot to install a major structural support system. John, Terry and their team were lightning fast with their response and got us back to good in less than 8 hours. Fantastic experience, they excel in customer service. Thanks again guys!

**Purchased full set for our living room this weekend in addition to the full set of living room pieces that my parents picked up... everything was excellent.. very nice and knowledgeable sales associate, great selection, great prices, and the cutest friendliest little mini pup that kept to himself and bothered no one (I say this after someone else mentioned a barking dog which was not the case at all). Really enjoyed shopping here and glad we stumbled upon it!.. I also wanted the pup but they said no :(

Hurricane Florence has left some damage to this place, and was the only place closing when I was on vacation. I have seen this place a lot coming to and back every couple of years and is kind of sad to see it go even though I have never been here.

Do not buy from this place. We purchase one model of a mattress and they delivered a different model. We asked about it they said they did not even sell the model we had purchased. Don't trust that they are honest.

Hampstead Furniture was very easy to work with. We couldn't find exactly what we were looking for and their fabulous customer service helped us design our own sectional with matching love seat. It was a fun and easy process. Quick delivery too! Thanks!

My wife and I have been shopping at Hampstead Furniture since we first moved to North Carolina in 2009. I do not exaggerate when I say that there is not a single piece of significant furniture in our house that has not come from them. We have always been very pleased with their service, deals, and delivery.

Huge showrooms with plenty of diversity in style. Very helpful, non-pushy staff. Bought a master bedroom suite and 2nd bedroom and children's dresser. Dining room set is over 10 years old now and still stylish. Recently purchased a leather couch and chair. It's beautiful and we get compliments from visitors. They helped us find the perfect bed and didn't rush us to make a decision. On the contrary, they told us to take our time and get in the position we usually sleep in to figure out if we were comfortable. Love this place and the staff.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! TERRIBLE PLACE, RUDE PEOPLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a couch and when delivered it was the complete wrong color. They never said sorry and wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation! They simply didn't care it was the wrong color!
