October 2024 by Lelah Keelean
On October 3rd , 2024 I spoke to Dr Moore about bringing my 24-year-old cat in for a complete exam, blood work, teeth cleaned and ears cleaned out. I told her under no circumstances to give my cat a rabies vaccine. That she was having difficulty breathing and one of the side effects of a rabies vaccine is respiratory problems. Dr Bradler screams in the background it's the law. I then joked around and said I would do the jail time, not give my cat a rabies vaccine. I dropped my cat off at 8:00 a.m. on October 4th with instructions, NO SHOT
She is an indoor cat and it's not the most important thing in the world right now. Also, reminded them I wanted a exam, blood work, her teeth cleaned and her ears cleaned. I call about 1:00 and talk to Dr Moore ,she then tells me that she's giving the cat a rabies shot. I left a note on her kennel not to do that. I told you three times yesterday not to do that and you took it upon yourself to do something to my cat that you had no right doing. Okay I moved on to how my cat was doing. She then said the cat is fine I gave her an exam she's got her ears cleaned and she had her teeth done blah blah .I said what about the green snot coming out of her nose and mouth? She has a respiratory problem, have you done anything about that? How did you not know about that if she had a full exam? She then says, I'll give her a shot of antibiotic. I am furious at this point . I can't go down there and get my cat until
3:50 pm. When I get there I speak to Dr Moore and asked her how could she be so negligent and so uncaring and medically neglectful. She did goes on to explain there was an emergency and I had to deal with that and then I dealt with your cat and I was in a hurry.I said my cat's been down here 8 hours Dr Moore why didn't you wait till you weren't in such a hurry and really examined my cat and do what I asked you to do and one of those things was not to give her a rabies shot, she has an upper respiratory problem and you disregarded what I told you and gave my cat a shot. One of the side effects of a rabies shot is breathing problems. You have worked on this cat for 5 or 6 years. She then goes on to say I didn't know who the cat was. I am furious at this point. I told her we have discussed in depth every time I've had this cat in here that she is too old to get a rabies shot and you agreed. . Also, I looked at her teeth and in her ears neither one of those things had been done. No exam was done because she knew nothing about the respiratory problem. All she could say was I was in a hurry because of an emergency I said did the emergency last 8 hours, Dr Moore? She then said I didn't even know whose cat this was., she didn't even take the time to find out anything about this cat the only thing that was done to this cat was she was giving a rabies shot and blood work. She didn't even take the time to look at the history or the background or anything about this cat. . I've told her I wrote a note and put it on the kennel, very securely saying I work right up the street when you go to do the exam lab work or clean her teeth and ears you need to call me before you do this so I can come down and hold her because this cat is scared. I said why wasn't my note read and you do this Dr Moore. She then said I read the note after I worked on the cat. She kept apologizing . I don't accept her apology. The intentional neglect and harm that they did to my cat is beyond anything I've ever experienced.OMG they charged me $385 for nothing but blood work and the rabies shot. I go back Saturday the 5th of October and try to talk to Dr Bradler. I've emailed her telling her I want my money back. She supposedly wasn't there, but her husband was,so I tried to discuss this with him and all he does is roll his eyes and say oh that's not true .. I recorded my whole conversation with Dr Moore and her admitting to all the things that she did wrong when I went to go pick my cat up. I told him

I've been going for a few months now with my senior dog and Dr.Moore has been a life saver! We were able to get in quick when he had stomach issue, and they've gone above and beyond each visit. Dr. Moore and her team really care, and they don't try to nickel and dime you. I spent $500 on senior bloodwork at my old vet and it was only $200 here. So grateful for this team!

As a veterinarian assistant, I know a good clinic verses a bad clinic. This was one of THE worst clinics/hospital I have ever visited. They were rude, the Veterinarian was giving me all terms in Latin, and dis not explain what was going on. I would never, ever take my pet to this clinic.

We been going to this place since 2019. We couldn't ask for a better service. Front desk could use a push to be more friendly, but we do understand it is not a easy job. But overall great team.
We moved to Florida and unfortunately we have to locate a new place to treat Lucky!!
Thank you for the service!

I have been taking my animals here for the last 7 years. Started when my chihuahua got her nose bit almost completely off and needed a nose job and they were the only ones to help her. The brought all my other animals here. Dr. Moore has been the best vet to my animals and even recently when my pit bull got attacked he was brought in the next day and rage sutured him up and she called to check on him. Will continue to go here.

Thank you Dr. Moore and Dr. Bradler for taking such good care of Phantom.I highly recommend HAH, they are thorough and demonstrate great compassion and quality care. Eddie goes above and beyond with teeth scaling and nail clipping at every visit. During my most recent visit, Phantom was started on Librela for his chronic arthritis that has debilitated him since he was three!! He is acting like a puppy again, wanting to play and go on long walks and it’s only been 2 days!! I am so grateful for the love and support Phantom and I receive from HAH❤️
