“I hope someone of importance sees this, my husband and I broke down a few days ago and without the help of Chris and (I believe his name was Nick, not sure) our day would've been much worse. Chris came out of the back and let my husband us the OB2 reader multiple times, and even opened up a new set of tools to let us borrow to replace the spark plugs, and a step stool. This level of customer service and honestly just kindness is hard to come by these days. Chris even told my husband to come back and he would give him the name of his trusted friend to do some further work later.
