Great Facility. easy access and can rent on-line. Great service. I live out of the area and needed something short term. Although no one is on-site most of the time they respond back quickly if you have any questions. I would use them again if the need arises. Thanks guys!!

My son needed to move a table out of a rental property in Topsail Beach. I didn't have a trailer and it needed to be out over the weekend. I searched for a storage facility nearby and found 17 Storage in Hampstead. I purchased a unit at the last minute for my son and the transaction was done online after hours. Not comfortable doing business this way, it all actually went quite well and without any disruption. The table was removed eventually and was in great shape. The only issue was self inflicted. We vacated the unit and thinking son would let them know an additional month was billed. However, the 17 Storage folks did contact us and when they learned we had vacated the previous month they were quick to refund the month rent. These folks truly are a rare Commodity in the business world I'm used to. It is great to know people still can be honest and don't take advantage of others. I'll use 17 Storage again everytime the situation warrants. Thanks 17 Storage, you make Hampstead proud.

Needed a place to store my boat on a trailer in a pinch and this proved to be the perfect spot! Best prices around, easy access, close to the boat ramp, and great service. If you're looking for storage in the area head to their site and lock in a space now, only takes 5 minutes.

I have had many a storage units throughout my lifetime but I’ve never seen one maintained and managed as well as this one. I put my Dead grandmother’s furniture into our rented unit and it felt almost as good as tapping in the putt for birdie. I’ll give this place two thumbs up plus a breakfast ball on the first tee! I’d suggest you just tap her right on in to your new home for things you you don’t need but your wife won’t let go. (Please don’t leave your wife in there). I would hate to see you pay storage for that!

17 Storage has been the perfect place to keep my furniture and other special belongings for the last few years. The location is convenient and safe, so I never worried about the security of my things. The units are accessible and immaculate. Being able to manage and pay for my unit remotely was also a huge bonus. 100% recommend!

What a great storage facility. It's extremely convenient and I feel that anything that I put there is safe and secure. However, the best thing I like about the storage facility is that I can do everything online. I can rent a unit on line and I can also have them charge my credit card each month so that I don't have to send a payment. Highly recommend it.
